Update: I heard back from support and tried the things they suggested AGAIN. Still nothing. Still have three images that never generated (that I paid for). Still haven’t received the images I emailed to them to fix. My review stands, minus one star. I have moved on.
While the App itself is easy enough to use, and the generated results are extremely cool, it needs to work better. I’ve tried to generate HD photos four times. Only twice did I get the images. I don’t want to pay for coins to generate images that only work half the time. While their support did try to make amends, they did not rectify the problem or refund the coins. I think it’s time to move on and find a better product.
Network error

I love this app, but I can’t seem to use it as every time I try a filter on my artwork I get “Network Error” 100% of the time. It’s very frustrating to not be able to use a great app because of a technology error that seems to be on the developers side and not on the users side. I just joined 3 days ago and I still have yet to publish a piece due to this network message. Unless this gets fix I will delete the app and advise many of my artists friends not to use this app.
Like another reviewer, I use this app for my photography and to truly make one of kind digital art on my own artwork. If only it wasn’t broken. Please fix this issue
Network Error 24/7

A complete love/hate relationship with this app. It’s filters are AMAZING-when it works. There’s a “network error” 95% of the time. I’ve reinstalled numerous times, restarted my phone, tried different images/filters, WiFi / LTE, morning/night.. nothing seems to help. It’s more just a lucky try when it does work.
This is by far the best painting filter app out there, which makes it very frustrating! I use it to help me envision my photographs as paintings before I paint them, so I would totally purchase this app if that guaranteed the network errors to be clear.
Please, please fix the bugs or whatever the glitches may be.
