I was unsure at first relying on SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker for our small business and I am extremely happy to have chosen it. I got SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker last year when it was free which it is now $20/year I believe and it’s worth every penny of that. I do all of my invoicing on the go and in the field and I’m able to quickly create, modify and send all from my phone while at a customers house. My business also requires a signature from all customers and SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker allows me to do that plus attached images to their receipt. The few things I wanted SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker to do have been implemented with new updates. And the creator of SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker seems to be updating frequently with great ideas. Plus...they respond quickly to all my questions, inquiries and suggestions. Very good team here. I absolutely recommend SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker as I’m very pleased with it.

I LOVE SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker. It’s made running my business so easy. I have a small online business. I was just looking for something to create decent looking invoices on and send to my clients. I got WAY more than I expected from SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker. I literally run my business from SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker. I appreciate how simple it is to use. My invoices look so professional. I have all my clients, all my services with their set prices, and reports that are easier to access than QB lol. I rarely have expenses but you can add expenses as well and get profit and loss report. You can create estimates... which I also don’t use but you can do it!! It’s just awesome. Highly recommend. Probably the only app that didn’t hurt my heart to pay for lol.

Love SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker, All Other Apps Give you a Pre Trial Before you start getting a notice to upgrade and since I downloaded SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker I haven’t gotten one!!! And my olde app would only let me save 5 contacts this one dosent save them as contacts one you make one for someone or company just click on the name or company name and click create new invoice and simple as that. So Far so good!! Glad I researched again and found this FREE one!! If I could purchase it I Def Would so easy and simple to use!!! You can also take the watermark off!!!

SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker has little to no clitches. Husband and i use on ipad and iphone. The interface is a bit in-depth to learn but it is low cost and fits our needs. The developing team truly cares and takes feedback seriously. They are nice people. Easy to manage, can have customers sign, email customers, see yearly income and expense, customize receipts, create inventory stats, and much more. Thank you! I have changed my review. I had an issue with how the upgrade happened but they reached out to me and did a wonderful job of making things right. Sometimes things get miscommunicated and I assumed the worst, but after talking with them, I realized I was wrong. I like SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker ! The features were great. I just was concerned about how things had changed and was concerned about how things would go in the future. Now I am convinced they are doing their best to provide a great app and are actively involved to do better!

SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker is working great for my small business and is very covenant with sending invoices, receipts and etc. I highly recommend to businesses.

I just needed something that wasn’t fancy and didn’t have a subscription or a bait and switch model. My invoices are so simple that I could do them in Excel but I wanted something I could do from my phone while traveling. Swift invoice fits the bill perfectly. Simple. Easy to use. Works well. No annual fee required. And I can send the invoice right from my phone. Perfect.

I go shopping and run errands for an 84 year old women. I charge a set amount per hour. ( easy with SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker) I also pay for her groceries. The photo receipt is great for that. I just take a photo of the receipt and add the amount, then add my hours. I then email her a recent. She can keep the original receipt and I have a copy. And her kids see what she paid for easily. Very nice for a small business. 🤗

I’ve tried a lot of apps and ended up purchasing this one for my construction business. The only wish I have is to have a triple switch between estimates, invoices and receipts.
Sometimes I create an invoice for my client by mistake instead of an estimate and I couldn’t find a way to switch it to an estimate, but it’s just me not paying attention.

Fairly easy to use. Used to use quickbooks but got tired of always paying and all of the updates. This doesn’t have as many features but for my side biz it’s perfect. Also great response time from developer if you have any questions which is nice. Maybe add a help section for common questions? Great app! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

The best & only that i have found between all other invoice makers, with perfect design, options, details and the most important reason is with free-trial mode which is very usable item for Iranian users. (Because its so difficult for Iranian users to make payment for ios apps.)

SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker is almost perfect. It does everything I need for my small business. I really wished it would save expenses for repeat sales. I can save product which is very nice. The expenses for the product is always the same so being able to save them for later use for another customer would be huge! And make this rating a 5 star! It very time consuming to enter the expenses every time I sell the same product.

SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker is great. It’s super easy. The only negative thing I don’t like is it won’t give me the option to print more than one invoice at a time. I have to do one at a time and click more than one thing to do it. I think you should have an edit button to allow us to check more than one invoice, then click print. Just my advice...

Very easy to use! And great pricing! Two suggestions: would be great to have email tracking to know when a client has opened an estimate. The other company we used had this and it was a great feature! Also a feature to have clients sign and date contracts would be amazing!

I am not a business person. I give private music lessons and now I’m trying to be better at handling billing and payments. This was a little tough at first but I was able to create line items that are simple to plug in and review easily. It does all the math! I don’t know why I wasn’t using this years ago.

This has made running my business a breeze.

I wish it had a place where clients could sign the invoices. And maybe more color options so the invoice could better match my branding.

At first this was an awesome app. Now when I send invoices to my customer they rarely get sent. I advised my customers to check there spam and nothing. Ive even sent the email 3 or 4 times and they still don’t receive them. Unfortunately if this problem continues I will be forced to go elsewhere. If it wasn’t for this issue.... Which is actually a BIG issue. I would have rated it 5 stars easily.

I love everything about SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker, but when I want to filter payments received by check numbers I would like it to show the customer in every row as well not just an invoice number. Example all payments received by check need to show the check number and the customer is a csv. Otherwise, great app.

As my business has gained new customers SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker is great for being able to create invoices and receipts, keep track of individual client payments, allowing me to modify and customize as needed. Definitely an A+ app!

I use SwiftInvoiceInvoiceMaker for creating all of my business invoices.
It’s really easy to use and straightforward.
I recommend it to anyone who isn’t doing a crazy amount of invoices every day but more for someone who does a couple a week.

It’s a great easy app for invoicing. All the features you need. You can have multiple clients and can keep track of due dates, add all the notes and rates and discounts and tax etc. it just has all you need.
