We are using Papago with students in our elementary school and for the past two days it has been failing to recognize their voice when trying to voice translate. It works in some languages and not in others. Microphones are all active and allowed.

Offline mode does not work. I have tried force stopping, checking for current version, clearing data and cache, and redownloading the offline fails. Attempts to use Papago when offline return a "not connected to internet" error.
