I asked 4 times to customer service to give me an invoice of the two phone numbers and credit I purchased to do the billing to my company and they never replied! Neither to tell me why!! No phone number to call then.

I paid the $3.99 subscription fee for one month expecting, as advertised, to get a dedicated second phone number. Nothing happened but I was charged. I tried testing by sending an SMS text to a phone number. CloudSIM said I had no credit and had to purchase credit. The smallest amount of credit you could buy is $1.99. I paid for that. It then slowed me to send the SMS, but the person in the other end never received a text from me from any number. This is a total fraud. I don’t understand how CloudSIM STORE has allowed these scammers to operate on APP STORE. I am going to put in a dispute on the charges with my credit card company.

It really frustrates when you’ve to register your phone number and buy a number and could not be given the number. I don’t know why. But it really too bad that you pay for something you don’t get use

I downloaded CloudSIM was told need to purchase a phone number before I can use which I went ahead and did for 3.99, then tried sending messages and receiving and nothing worked. Another screen popped up asking me to recharge my new phone number I had just bought which I did too for 1.49$, I try the text messaging service again both receiving and sending and guess what nothing is sent and nothing is received I try calls maybe they will work this time, and guess what again, they don’t work either. Total scam don’t recommend. Highly disappointed.

I started to use this service based on the advertisements and service listed however I purchased two numbers, purchased credit but each time I attempt to make a call the operator says it’s connecting in next 30seconds over and over after the music plays, but after 3mins of waiting no connection and my funds were debited for a call that was never successful! Never asked to speak to an operator and there was no dial tone! This is robbery!

I can’t believe that I paid $10 for 3 months only to find out that the phone number is offline. I have to pay even more for making and receiving calls and texts, and pay extra for each. I demand a refund.

I’m a long time customer that found this service to be good but then the people in charge of CloudSIM just kept increasing the price without any reason and no new features or whatever
That’s very annoying and also a fraudulent act and also extortion of unsuspecting customers

I’m an annual subscriber with a calling credit for my cloud sim. One day CloudSIM just kept quitting and quitting. Customer service says, delete CloudSIM , reinstall, put in your phone number, you’ll be golden.
Only I’m not: when I put in my “native” sim number, I’m told there’s no account linked to it. I’m putting in the “wrong” number. The right number is some number I don’t recognize. I’m waiting up to 12 hours at a time to be told incorrect information, be given instructions that don’t work… it’s not good enough. I paid for an account, and you’ve literally lost it or given it to some other guy? Super disappointing. If you could at least talk to someone it wouldn’t take thirty hours to establish what phone number is on someone’s sim, but instead you get to wait for unhelpful emails that just repeat the incorrect stuff that came before.

Worked fine originally but now after updating CloudSIM and to latest version of ios14 on iPhone 8plus CloudSIM opens then when you press on any of the buttons nothing happens you can’t select anything on CloudSIM after it opens, like it can’t register your touch or it just can’t function

CloudSIM is good and does the job, however the developer has raised the yearly subscription for local tel number by almost 300%, now it will cost $20 to keep the local voip number for 12 months period which is absolutely too much by any comparison and I for one will give up CloudSIM once my current subscription expires.

I was enjoying CloudSIM just fine for over a year until today, I opened my this app app and the two numbers I purchased recently disappeared, I tried deleting CloudSIM and downloading it, as I tried to login, CloudSIM said unable to register number, someone please help me fix this

I cannot receive any calls through CloudSIM whenever people try to call the number they provided me it says “user busy”. I’ve submitted a request/question to their support email it has been 5 days and I haven’t received any feedback. Stay away until they fix their issues and until they provide better customer support.

I really love CloudSIM, and it saved me getting a separate phone for my counselling clients. My only peeve is my virtual number has to ring 10-15 times before the voicemail picks up, and people usually give up and hang up before then. I wrote to the support team, and they said it would be fixed soon but not as of yet. Fingers crossed. Otherwise I can’t fault it.

App opens but doesn’t work at all

I've been able to make and receive calls and SMSs without any problems. Call clarity has been great! I love that you only need to buy the amount of credit that you actually need and not some contractual amount.

CloudSIM solve my problem to carry multiple phone to mange personal and professional calls but now with cloud sim I can use four number in single phone

Signed up for this instead of google fi to send and receive texts and calls from the USA.

Excellent customer service with a human in the UK to solve a few start up issues. Highly recommend d this company.

CloudSIM become my most needed app as now anywhere I go I use it for calling .No more multiple phone carry.
