SIMless - 2nd Phone Number Reviews

SIMless charged me $8.27 for weekly subscription. I’ve chosen to have a UK number, only to receive SMS. Got one. Then — surprise! - SIMless says “your number does not support this” (meaning, SMS). But SIMless offered to change the number, and I tried that. Changing — and charged $3.00 for that! All right, agreed. Response: the number can’t be changed. Yet, the money was taken. Now, driven more by sick curiosity than anything else, I tried yet another number, and lost another $3.
The bottom line: I am down $14, no SMS ever sent or received, no caljs maid. App deleted, subscription cancelled (but, naturally, no refund).
All is not lost, however. I complained to Apple and requested full refund. May be I am overly optimistic, but I think I will have my $14 back in two days.
But SIMless ? Won’t try it again if they pay me.

I had the monthly subscription for over 6 months and was on automatic renew; every month, I kept receiving message saying” We couldn’t activate your phone number” and have been telling the “support dream team” about this issue; and they kept telling me it’s error and won’t happen again.

A few days ago, SIMless removed my number and SIMless showed I have no phone, yet my credit card was changed every month.

I need my phone number reinstated!

The built-in customer service contact doesn’t work. I have emailed you to modify my account - no answer! I have even uninstalled SIMless and you keep charging me. I have questions but I get no service. So all you want to do is get my money?
I have unsubscribed through iTunes and you keep charging me!
I have rewritten you the email with this app in the subject line asking you to stop billing me - that I am unsubscribed, uninstalled SIMless and Yet you keep billing me. Stop billing me and refund my 3 extra billings.

This is rubbish why can’t I see my text everything went blank both incoming text and outgoing text all I can see is notifications

This ap does not work after I pay and have new number . I start to used it texting a friend and the text disappeared or keep track of your text the minutes you go out of the the number u text . Also when I try to text again with the same number it won’t let u it’s would say u have have existed text and u can text no more . They need to fix there bug

People need to try i’ve been using texting app for a while, works good this texting app. I recommend texting app to my friends it’s so easy to use.

I downloaded SIMless and subscribed for a month but I must say I haven’t enjoyed texting with it.
It keep showing me double messages both sent and received. Sometimes I don’t even see received messages.
It glitches and all. Can you guys correct this please. I paid for this.

I paid yesterday and got charged twice and today it's asking me to choose a number again and pay again

This is the GREAT phone app that is a great service when your cell service goes out. Does exactly what I need it to do and more.

I’m sure you get some post like mine but it’s great to have a secure phone number and you have to help but admire the way that this approach you guys did was amazing

I just wanted to give SIMless a try because I could use a second number and after realizing I can’t receive verification codes I tried to find a way to deactivate my account and there’s absolutely no where to do that. Please help me deactivate my account before I get charged. As soon as possible. Thank you

I installed the service but when I needed to receive text message there was nothing. Wrote twice to request support and 3 weeks later still waiting for a response so cancelled the subscription. Not worth the effort....

I had 2000 credits, after ten short one minute calls. My credits depleted to -533. I think maybe there was an issue so I purchase 1000 more. The same thing happens!! I’ve contacted support 4 times In the last several days with no response.

This is really good app for calls and messages. I got a new number in a minute and could call to USA.

So, the product being offering isn’t as simple and easy to use as the name implies. SIMless runs off data. Just like all the other hundreds of 3rd party messaging apps. So, yes, it’s a this app service but it’s not going to take place of your wireless provider.

SIMless , after buying a lot of credits , is sluggish an messaging very unreliable. When I open it, even if I keep it open, there is a long pause and it frequently times out. Messages frequently don’t come through or send. Horrible app

Not only do you have to pay $7.99 WEEKLY for SIMless, you have to buy credits on top of it. I tested a message from a mobile to the virtual # assigned by this app and the messages 6 minutes later. On top of all that, the UI is garbage.

Wasted credit because text nor calls worked

I already paid 3 times for a weekly subscription and it keeps telling me subscription already in us and won’t assign me to any number. My Apple ID has been devoted 3 times yet no number!

Idk about you but I just wanted an app to get just a second number. Not a subscription that I had to pay for.

This black sheep app forces you to subscribe to a 3 day trial for free with the condition you cancel your subscription through settings only one problem: THERE ARE NO SETTINGS! THIS STUPID APP HAS FORCED ME TO CLOSE A BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT STOP CHARGING. I am not allowed to say anymore because of the legalities but I wanted to make sure no one falls for this bs

There is no way to cancel and no one has replied. I just need to cancel it
