I’m an annual subscriber with a calling credit for my cloud sim. One day the app just kept quitting and quitting. Customer service says, delete the app, reinstall, put in your phone number, you’ll be golden.
Only I’m not: when I put in my “native” sim number, I’m told there’s no account linked to it. I’m putting in the “wrong” number. The right number is some number I don’t recognize. I’m waiting up to 12 hours at a time to be told incorrect information, be given instructions that don’t work… it’s not good enough. I paid for an account, and you’ve literally lost it or given it to some other guy? Super disappointing. If you could at least talk to someone it wouldn’t take thirty hours to establish what phone number is on someone’s sim, but instead you get to wait for unhelpful emails that just repeat the incorrect stuff that came before.

I paid the $3.99 subscription fee for one month expecting, as advertised, to get a dedicated second phone number. Nothing happened but I was charged. I tried testing by sending an SMS text to a phone number. The app said I had no credit and had to purchase credit. The smallest amount of credit you could buy is $1.99. I paid for that. It then slowed me to send the SMS, but the person in the other end never received a text from me from any number. This is a total fraud. I don’t understand how the APP STORE has allowed these scammers to operate on APP STORE. I am going to put in a dispute on the charges with my credit card company.

I downloaded the app was told need to purchase a phone number before I can use which I went ahead and did for 3.99, then tried sending messages and receiving and nothing worked. Another screen popped up asking me to recharge my new phone number I had just bought which I did too for 1.49$, I try the text messaging service again both receiving and sending and guess what nothing is sent and nothing is received I try calls maybe they will work this time, and guess what again, they don’t work either. Total scam don’t recommend. Highly disappointed.
