I’m locked out of my account for whatever reason and all the Q&A’s tell me to do is to contact the store. I’ve contacted the store on 4 different occasions only to be told that the app is a 3rd party app and they don’t have access at the store level to do anything about it. They refer me back to the 3rd party of the app.

Can’t change shops!

First off- I love my current shop and staff but THESE REVIEWS ARE FOR THE APP!! I don’t think there’s any transparency for people to realize they’re here reviewing a third party company and NOT THEIR LOCAL PAWN.

I lost a precious item previously because this app wouldn’t let me activate my account which resulted in lapsed payment. I no longer use that shop for multiple reasons. I am trying to add a new shop to my MobilPawn app so I can make a payment. Yet here I am, once again unable to register using the link sent from the new shop, despite submitting all the access codes that I keep requesting/receiving. I also can’t delete the old shop from my account- which leads me to believe this is why I cannot add the new one (despite their being a section to do so). I am out of state and this is a real problem because I need to be able to make these payments via the app as I’m unable to do it in person.

This app is completely disappointing and useless. I went on the app because I have items in pawn and I wanted to pay on the item before I lost it. Well the app signed me out of the app as I added my card and then when I tried to sign back in it says my account is locked. Well then I call the shop and they don’t control the app and won’t take payment over the phone and I can’t go to the shop because I’m out of town, so I lost my item all because this app is stupid and there’s no way to contact anyone. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST INTO THIS APP!!!!!
