As was described in my PrimeTime - Part l review , I had booked an advance round-trip reservation prior to a scheduled international flight. As per my booking, I was expecting to be picked up at the Philadelphia airport arrivals location at 5:25 PM upon my return to the States, and to be driven back to my suburban New Jersey residence, approximately 23 miles from the airport I don’t know if you can even imagine my shock when I was checking my email at the Dublin airport prior to departure only to find that PrimeTime had contacted me that day to let me know that my shuttle reservation had been canceled. A related text message informed me that this was due to “the full capacity of our private car”. As this had been booked and paid for before my outbound flight I am not even sure how that could occur. Totally unacceptable to leave an elderly woman traveling alone abandoned at an airport following a 7 hour international flight. I can only be thankful that I did have access to Wi-Fi at the Dublin airport so at least I got the communication and had 7 hours flight time to plot my next move before arriving. Things were definitely happening in South Philly that evening since the Eagles were playing the Steelers with a 4:25 PM start time but I certainly don’t see how that could’ve affected a private car from the airport as fans were already at the stadium. Anyway, I’ll never use PrimeTime shuttle again and lastly, GO BIRDS!

I know it seems like a great deal, maybe cheaper than your other options, and I know PrimeTimeShuttle seems like it’s convenient, but this company is everything but that! I had received several confirmation texts about my pick up 1 and 2 days before. And then an hour before pick up received a very unprofessional email stating I would not be picked up but I’ll be refunded. I barely made it to my flight, because I had to find another way to get there last minute, I get back from my trip 3 weeks later and was still not refunded until I sent them the bill of $165, (what it all cost me) as opposed to $89 they were charging. They do not answer phones or return messages. AVOID!

PrimeTimeShuttle is not adjusted for an iPhone view, it’s pretty worthless. The login is blocked in the left upper corner, you can’t tap it. Next, you cant scroll sideways to see the car type that is picking you up, which is to the right of the driver info. Also, just badly designed as far as seeing where your driver is on a map. PrimeTimeShuttle is useless for what you actually need it for.

Booked a round trip and the first leg from home to airport was nice. Flight was delayed coming home and even though the driver had our flight info AND I called him to tell him it was delayed, he said he was unable to come pick us up and there were no other drivers to take the ride. PrimeTimeShuttle still charged my CC and when disputed, PrimeTimeShuttle company lied and said that the driver was available and VISA wouldn’t remove the charge. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE!!!!!

BEWARE!! This is not a legitimate service. We arranged a trip a week in advance and received multiple confirmations. 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive I contacted support and found out the driver was still 55 minutes away. They were set to arrive an hour and 10 minutes after the scheduled time and they made no attempt to contact us. The number I was given for the driver went straight to voicemail and was in Spanish. Never use this service! They will ruin your plans.

Worst service we’ve ever used. Our driver was almost 3 hours late and then was on his phone while driving (we caught him multiple times on Instagram). He also was driving with no shoes on which was weird. We kept calling the service and they told us they’d send someone to get us in 20 min but we still waited hours. We only were able to get a 30% refund which is fine I guess but we will never use this again and will tel our friends and family to avoid it at all costs.

I’ve booked round-trip rides to/from the airport thru PrimeTime’s website for an upcoming trip. Per their suggestion, I’ve attempted to download & use their app for better tracking & communication with the driver. Unfortunately PrimeTimeShuttle will not allow me to create an account. I used the chat feature on PrimeTimeShuttle and was referred to the customer service help-line. The rep told me not to worry about PrimeTimeShuttle and just call dispatch if there are any issues. I hope there aren’t any issues.

I booked online the first time and had a great driver and a great ride. I chose this company because Super Shuttle (my standard option for years) did not have an economical rides available. I booked two more times in Sep 2019, both online (not PrimeTimeShuttle), and no driver showed. Despite text and email confirmations within two hours of my paid pickup time, I received a call from the dispatcher one minute before pickup asking if I heard from the driver. My app showed a map but not the location of my driver. The dispatcher tried for about half an hour trying to get me a driver before I resorted to a ride-share for my ride to the San Diego airport. A few days later, I received a call and email after I went to bed to tell me they had to cancel my reservation for the next morning - I saw the messages when I awoke the next morning, making it challenging to find an alternative on short notice. Both reservations that week were for 4am pickup. I can understand how challenging it can be to find reliable help for that hour of the morning. One bad driver can really hurt the reputation of a good company. I intend to look for another company for my future trips, or rely on one of the ride-share companies.

Driver came to my pickup location an entire hour early to eat. I contacted him to add another passenger to the car and he aggressively insisted that the second passenger pay in cash. Then I contacted customer service and they don’t me adding 1 more passenger does not require an extra cost. I tried to cancel the ride and get a refund because I did not feel safe riding with the given driver after that conversation but they told me I needed to cancel 6 hours in advance to get a refund. I told them if my driver hadn’t arrived early and therefore inhibited me from editing my reservation, there would be no need for a cancellation yet they still refused a refund.

1 hour before my scheduled pickup to take me to the airport, I got a notification that my shuttle driver was assigned. 15 minutes before my ride was supposed to show up I got a call from dispatch asking if I was ready to be picked up, he said he would contact the driver and let him know. 5 minutes later the man came back on the line and said they have no drivers in the area and will have to cancel my appointment leaving us scrambling to find other transportation to the airport. The dispatch said oh I’m so sorry for ruining the start of your trip, is there anything else I can help you with? When I looked at the shuttle app’s map, I saw 4 drivers in my area looking to pick someone up.

My advice for travelers from my own experience and those of others, DO NOT employ prime time shuttle to shuttle you anywhere. My group of 8 travelers booked Prime time months in advance of our travel and confirmed with them 5 hours before scheduled pickup. After 15 mins of “no show”, we called them only to be told there was no available driver and that we were on our own. They did not even have the decency to call us. We paid twice the amount through Uber from San Diego to LAX, but at least we got there on time. Prime Time shuttle is unreliable and indecent, not to mention their difficult to contact and hard to understand outsourced phone help. I cannot in good conscience recommend prime time shuttle to anyone. Please believe me. I gave 1 star only because there’s no option to give none at all.

I booked to Prime Shuttle from my home to LAX. My pick up should be 7:30am but they moved it to 7:55am unfortunately the driver was 5mins late. Then i he saw my lugagges he ask me why there is a box. (The size of the box is same as a regular luggage)I told him that it was mine and i dont have other bag to put my stuff on it. When we came to the aiport, i immediately get a cart for my stuffs. I saw he put my luggage on the side of the street while im waiting for my box to handed me, i walk towads him and getting my box he said “What ?What? what do you want?”(in a arrogant way)I didnt reply instead wait for him to dropped my box to my cart i handed his tip and go away. Neither of us say thank you or he say have a safe flight.

Prime Shuttle you guys should avoid those kind of incidents. And educate your driver to be professional and taking care of his/her passengers. God bless!

PrimeTimeShuttle has a GPS attached which automatically inserts your location as the pick up address. You can’t change it in PrimeTimeShuttle . In our area properties often run perpendicular to the street, so a house with the address of 125 Main St very often is behind the house facing the street with the address of 123, or a row of townhouses beginning with 117 and ending in the back of the property with 125. The back of the property may very well be at the end of another street separated by a wall. That’s exactly what is happening in my case and PrimeTimeShuttle is mistakingly reading my location as the end house on the street behind the wall at the end of my property. There is no way to change the pick up location. I contacted customer support, waited for 3 minutes. Someone named Anna asked me what app I had downloaded. I answered immediately and off she went never to return again. I’ll go back to using their web page. Gotta say though that I really love their shuttle service. Work on PrimeTimeShuttle folks please.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE. You’re better off being dropped off by friends/family or other reputable ride shares like Uber or Lyft. This is what I’ll do moving forward.

My first time experience was horrible. The drivers are rude and do not offer to help with loading luggage. The reservation allows Prime Time Shuttle to track your flight in the event of delays or timing the arrival. Upon arrival, there was a slight delay due to technical difficulties of the plane. These outside factors are outside of the person’s control but should be understandable on behalf of the ride service - I would believe so. The driver did not communicate with me upon arrival, instead I had to follow-up with them. The drivers do not have positive attitudes, exaggerate their waiting times (despite having the flight information) and they let you know they can leave you - even though you booked/paid in advance. Just know that you will not have a smooth service with this company. I wish I never booked this.

Hello, so I’ve been waiting for 2 1/2 hours now and I’ve finally decided to call an Uber. This company is absolute fraud, they never came to pick me up and they took my money. I will be contacting my credit card company to get a refund. Everyone who is considering using this service please do not. Just call Uber/ Lyft I’m absolutely disgusted with the customer service of this company as well they did not help at all and just chuckled when I told them my situation.

Home Screen not sized for iPhone 12 mini. As a result touch spots are buggy and hard to hit. Once you get through that the actual booking and driver experience is great.

I have used Prime Time Shuttle for several years, but this was the first time I used PrimeTimeShuttle .

It has an issue with refreshing information. The vehicle tracker said that my driver was 34 minutes away one minute and 3 minutes away the next minute.

I was able to get to LAX on time as always, and I don’t believe the reviews on PrimeTimeShuttle reflect the ultimate goal of Prime Time. Adding an extra star to boost the past experiences I have had with the company.

Not sure if this is because of a recent update but as of Jan 2020, PrimeTimeShuttle and the private shuttle service is awesome. I booked for friends who needed a one way ride from LAX to Ontario. It was seamless. I even had to adjust the pick up time the night before (they automatically add an hour buffer after your listed arrival). BRING CASH with you to tip your driver :)

Being a tourist here in the US, I am quite unfamiliar with the transpo services, however, one of my colleagues recommended prime time to me. And so I did, I am quite impressed with the service they provided. Even the driver is friendly esp knowing that I'm a tourist. Their service is fast and reliable. I will definitely use prime time again.

Had a great, kind driver who was there exactly on time and got me to my destination early. Thank you so much Primetime for a seamless process! Will definitely be using again soon
