Online banking app without mobile deposits? Are you kidding me? They must be the only bank around that does not offer this standard banking app feature these days. Other small credit unions offer mobile deposits on their app.
To make matters worse KaiPermNWCreditUnion says “try again later” at least every other time I try to use it.
Worst banking app I have ever tried. I did use it for 12 months hoping things might improve but unfortunately it did not.
KaiPermNWCreditUnion barely works. You guys need to up your game in the tech world. I set up the one touch sign in and it asks for my thumbprint and then freezes and then KaiPermNWCreditUnion closes. I end up having to open a browser to log in. The online browser platform is also pretty weak. Not a fan of either. Needs LOTS of work.
When KaiPermNWCreditUnion is not crashing, it’s so non-intuitive that it’s almost useless.
Why do I need to enter my password 2x to make a transfer of my own money?!
KaiPermNWCreditUnion opens then closes this is so frustrating
I would like it if they either allowed you to sync your account with free budgeting apps that automatically track your spending, or if the in app finance tracking tool worked better and more easily. As of now I manually budget but an app tracking my finances would make it easier.
Not very reliable, I had to log in three different times! It kept logging me off!
I have had KaiPermNWCreditUnion for over a year. I can see in KaiPermNWCreditUnion Store that you are able to do a mobile deposit but on my all there is no deposit section. I have KaiPermNWCreditUnion updated as well so I don’t know why it doesn’t show up on mine.
Need to have mobile deposits!
I can log into website but not KaiPermNWCreditUnion . Contacted the bank and they couldn’t figure it out.
