How to fix Cleanfox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cleanfox app on iPhone
Update Cleanfox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cleanfox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cleanfox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cleanfox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cleanfox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cleanfox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cleanfox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cleanfox » click [Force Stop]

Update Cleanfox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cleanfox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cleanfox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cleanfox.

Fix Cleanfox unable to contact server/ Cleanfox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cleanfox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cleanfox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cleanfox
