Close and restart the Score Up app on iPhone
Update Score Up app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Score Up iPhone app

To resolve Score Up network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Score Up app issues:

Force Stop the Score Up App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Score Up app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Score Up to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Score Up App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Score Up app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Score Up.

Fix Score Up unable to contact server/ Score Up internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Score Up » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Score Up » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Score Up on android.
