Before careful before using ACTFibernet for payment. Firstly, the payment part does not work as direct payment and it has third parties involved. In my case, I manage two accounts and one of them is 2 yrs fully paid and other for 6 months period. I paid the amount due for the second account using them app. ACTFibernet has conveniently moved the money to the account, which is not due for another 22 months. Then the ACT people kept sending emails asking to pay the amount due. They intact wanted to blame us for not paying, etc., and after finally screaming back .. they traced it to the payment posting in 2 yr account, and promised to adjust. But the entire episode ran for 28 days .. and there was so much of stupidity, even asking me to send my entire month bank statement, to prove the money did not get posted back to my bank account! Will never use ACTFibernet again for any transaction!
They provide a bunch of options to "upgrade", but no way to downgrade or discontinue the plan (say if you are out for a few months).
After resorting to Twitter and helpdesk, finally managed to get the service disconnected. Explicitly asked them to not annoy me by calling. But these harrassers just keep calling with offers.
Don't make the mistake of providing your phone number to them...unless you are ok with the non stop calls or are willing to change the number.
This company was okay couple of years back. I do not have internet for last 3 days and they did not even respond. When I called after 1 hour wait on line, they tell me they have have a server problem in the area. I was surprised that it’s taking more than 3 days to restore a server. I’m wondering what kind of disaster recovery procedures they in place. Staff and customer support knowledge of networks in basic. They do NOT how to troubleshoot a problem and resolve. Time to dump them and look for another service. Company management must be morons to allow this kind of disaster in Hyderabad without any vision. I would fire the operations manager on the spot and entire professional services people for such an idiotic support. Lucky they don’t work for me - CEO, Link Logik Technologies
Act is very poor in its communication with its customers and often misses out on what they need to inform, particularly in billing.
Their app is old, user unfriendly and slow. Old because it does not include the new developments such as switching between monthly, six monthly and yearly payments. The initial screen does not have the choice between mobile number and ID/Password combinations. There are hardly any perceptible security upgrades done and the speeds are still slow. Act is looking only at its convenience and not of the customers ease and flexibility. I am saying this because i am a software engineer from I.I.T with years of experience and i am worried they are not doing enough.
Am using dis y5 since 1yr der is no prblm with the Internet Bt since 1mnth am facing the prblms dis connection I never seen dis worst service. Plz dnt take dis connection if u connect u hve to face lots of prblms dis is nt only me in my frnds circle max 20members using this connection facing the prblm pls as soon as possible take a right desicion nd remove ur connection since 1week I called a customer service der is no response nd simply saying within 4hrs to take time to solve the prblm still 1week technician also nt responding bettr to connect the Airtel network did is very bad xperience I hve Nevr seen dis is my job issue bcz of wrk frm hme dis is the way to respond customer care as a rash behaviour to speaking with the customer ?? Very bad connection 👎
Sales person says we will come to your house in Hosakerehalli and check if ACT is available in your area. Then tells me to pay for a package online. After that, engineer comes and says that he cannot find their ACT box nearby so a technician will come and install a new connection. Technician come and says that they cannot give a new connection cause he cannot fight with local cable providers and goes away. Now no one is answering my calls and I don’t have any internet connection. ACT says their are India’s fastest internet....only when you a connection.....for this kind of service I could have gone to BSNL!!!!
ACT Fibernet service cuts off very often. In fact, it has happened twice in the span of less than 2 weeks. It cut off for 5 days the first time, then 2 days this time. I have made a request to fix issues but receive very little input as to how long or what the problems are. They tend to reluctantly answer questions I have regarding service interruptions, hours later via social media. ACT seems like they are more into Promotional-Aesthetics like 4K tv options, giving away iPhone 8’s than they are with the fundamental network problems that arise.
This application crashes in 6 plus from last 3 releases, it fails to load after red logo flash screen. I wonder why it is still not considered to fix on priority. I was anticipating for each release would help me to get through and lasted only with much disappointment. Now i have to go back to web version to pay my bills (last 2 months) which is not secured and not an easy way without an user credential feature. Frustrated about the precautions/actions still not being taken from the technical team. So my rating to ACTFibernet is so poor.
Sales guy came within 3 hours of me asking for internet. Explained how they work and all hifi , suggested installation will happen in the evening , made me pay online and that’s it. No one showed up. Next day I called and asked them to escalate. Nothing happens. After 2 days get a message that they don’t have a switch at my place and it may take 7 days. I call again and tell them my neighbour apartment are using this service how can switch be not there. They have no idea. After 4 days someone calls and comes to put a switch . He said evening they will install and activate. Nothing happens again. I call them they say anytime today it can happen….. of course nothing happens. Can’t think of a worse company than this in this kind of tech industry
You should believe the reviews before you buy anything. I did a mistake and paying the price. It’s better to go with other service provider for better service and good customer experience. Here you get nothing and should run behind people. You will literally waste time with useless people who don’t know how to run business and they just utter bundle of lies by wasting your time.

The only thing worse than their app is their internet service. Seriously.
They don't answer their phones. When their internet service goes down, so does their phone service! It's perfect for them. No one can call to complain. That scenario is the only thing they have done well... Insulated themselves from having to fix their their terrible service by designing an unusable app.
Congratulations on being the best at something.... Being the single worst internet provider n the world.
It doesn't lets you log a complaint, keeps you on same screen if you say restart didn't solve the problem!! It doesn't let's you see your order or payment for Dec 16, so if you took yearly plan like me it doesn't show your bill or order summary!! It redirects to site for offers, so really doesn't have the details, not sure what it does provide!! What's the use of app if it doesn't let you do what it is supposed to provide as basic features??!! Don't waste memory of your phone!

Not sure who invested money in building your application, but it is a total failure. So many bugs, no direct chat with an actual Human agent, it has a robot that has minimal options. Also none of your numbers work in the website, even if you connect to one they have zero knowledge of what to do. I am really regretting why my mom chose this service. You guys take money right on time but delay a lot in customer service.

I have serious problems with my WiFi connection. I tried to complain , called you, sent a mail etc but you never came to help us. While I am recording something important, it signal completely disappeared so I had to discontinue many times!!
Most of the time our calls on what’s app never connects!!

Not so customer friendly, I would rate is zero. Also when u call the customer service number during business hours the message says “no one is available to take the call” how stupid ? It should atleast say all the agents are busy !!! Also when u try to write a review this Stupid app asks for a name and when u give one it say already taken , most frustrating.
Every upgrade makes using ACTFibernet more difficult. Some of the features are either not available or buried too deep, like history of usage in the last one year..
Old features should be available when new features are added.
Every time I call for assistance there is someone to help available. Highly skilled team of people and never had an occasion when an issue remained in resolved . Keep it up people
I have been with ACT for over 5 years and have never faced any problems... there have been outage on and off but then the service support given was extremely satisfying... especially with Mr. Raju calling in and checking if the internet was functioning. I am very happy with Act... kudos to them for managing the network so well👏👏👏
This is a worst app which ever I have seen, as it doesn’t help customers to write about their issue. Customers should have feasibility to write what issue they are facing with your network. But no, ACTFibernet is just one sided version (what they wanna say that will only be mentioned) for the owner. They have their own questions and answers, which will not help customers always. Now I’m having issue with data usage and billing, but where to raise complaint about it?? There is no way that you can raise complaint on app. Except for predefined questions.
We can’t complaint any issues using ACTFibernet, we bought 750gb plan , we use only 2 gb because we don’t have service 20+ days in a month. This shameless guys using ACTFibernet for billing purposes only. Be aware of these guys don’t pay for 6 months or 1 year. Once you pay them there is no response for outages
