FitCloud information

I would appreciate your sending me more information to get my this app working again. My phone stopped working, so I had to get a new one. Everything was not transferred like it was suppose to be. I re-downloaded FitCloud onto my new phone, but it’s not working like it’s suppose to. Before I could get FitCloud downloaded my this app changed the clock to hands. I can hardly read it. I wanted to change it back, but it’s not sinking with the new app on my new phone. I bought a more updated IPhone, so it should be working. I need more information as to how to get more information. FitCloud that was loaded on my phone only has 3 pages with pictures on it, no directions at all.

Blood pressure measurements

Just tried out this feature on the watch and the reading is not even close to the reading on my blood pressure monitor. Any suggests to at least get it to come close.
It does keep the correct time and date though. I will write another review if the blood pressure feature begins to be more accurate. I am a new user and have not tried other features yet. I hope they will be more accurate than the blood pressure feature. At least the watch keeps time so far.

I’m confused

And the reason why I’m confused is while I’ve been charging my new fit, I was reading all of these horrible reviews as far as not syncing or measurements are only in meteoric and, I haven’t even worn it yet and I’m already loving it. I had no problem syncing it, I easily found how to change from meteoric to standard pounds and feet and inches. It’s just a matter of playing with it and figuring it all out. The instructions book is stupid small but that’s not a deal breaker. So, I’m all set and have it completely programmed to start my day tomorrow after I let it fully charge.

Wouldn’t recommend

For starters the directions are nearly nonexistent. I did send some suggestions but interestingly after two they no longer connect. Sleep doesn’t record ...I work I Overnights and definitely was awake from 3 to 4 it recorded me as asleep and has not recorded my sleep since. I walk no less than 3000 steps working overnights also... no recording . I have the collection times set to include 23hrs and 59 minutes daily...Like I said.. after two suggestions no one is out there to answer other concerns —-it looks nice it’s comfortable but a big waste of money ...spend your money on something you know Work’s not something you can buy on Facebook...

Beware

Well now I know why FitCloud is free, the band is not bad but FitCloud is about useless. To bad this is the only app that works with the band, I wish there was another option. FitCloud will only turn on or off various options, the Q&H page does not work, the software update page doesn't wort, the functions page doesn't work. Only thing tat works for me is sync and on/off switches. Plus needs more workout options, not everyone is a runner, I am a cyclist and there is nothing for cycling, only walk/run. Buy top end FitBit or apple product instead. You get what you pay for.

Good but app needs improvements

I like the smart bracelet but it has a few bugs.
It will not let me change both the temperature setting the wrist it is on in settings. The temperature weather option does not sync with my local weather. Also when sharing to face book, it does not post or share. It does not always sync with apples health program. If it wasn’t for these bugs, I would score it at a 5.

Not bad

I actually think that it’s pretty good considering it’s not a high end device. My only complaint is the occasional Bluetooth issues but restarting phone helped. I can’t compare FitCloud to a similar ones on a market but for an inexpensive fitness and health tracker it does what it should. If you can ignore being occasionally puzzled by the way some things are phrased in FitCloud XD.

Malfunction

FitCloud itself started out great however it began to malfunction and kept refreshing meeting booting me completely out of the system and when I went to log back in it doesn’t recognize my email address and when I correct that it never sends an email for me to be able to access FitCloud anymore. This was my third attempt to use FitCloud is completely worthless as all my information reports data completely lost and I was up to three different email addresses to access FitCloud none of which were successful

Farenhiet please!

I love FitCloud and it is great! I got it because I lost my Fitbit on the door handle of a van (don’t ask), and so I got this. I like it more. It’s fabulous. The only problem is there is no choice to make Fahrenheit. But that’s not a good enough reason to dislike FitCloud ! I think the producers can easily add/fix this. I totally recommend FitCloud! Thank you!

Good Concepts, Algorithm Bugs

Overall it seems to be working well, except for a few algorithm bugs. I love the watch(even though you have to be perfectly still to get good vitals) but I rely on sleep data, I am an insomniac and need the data. The algorithm seems to be messed up, and I can’t report through FitCloud . Also, I am missing the faqs page, it is just a white screen.

Please fix bugs

I received this as a Anniversary gift. Love the BP feature. Problem is it was high at the doctors office and it read normal on the band. Also same as other review the weather said 41 and I’m in Florida, it was 86. I enjoyed getting text messages on here, then it stopped working . Tried resetting by toggling off then back on for SMS notifications. Would love to give it more stars. I miss the tracking ability of my Fitbit (flex-and it works fine). Might switch back to FitBit and wear this app as a watch.

Less Expensive Fitness Tracker Option

My tracker normally stays charged for 5-7 days. The developers keep adding new features which is great. The Weather option is a new feature but would like to have it in Fahrenheit. No problems with wearing around light water usage (not submersion). I have had it now for a few months and still going strong.

Not bad

I like the idea and it seems to be a decent watch and it has a nice selection of things to keep track of but it has not always recorded my sleep and it doesn’t give me anything twice a week or so. Everything else has been updating as it’s supposed to and keeps track of everything else every day.

Pretty Satisfied

I like the watch and the software, but there are a few quirks. For some reason my step count resets to 0 during the day even though the daily graph shows all the steps.
I wish there were a way to communicate issues to the developer- I send suggestions through FitCloud but never hear anything.

Having trouble already!!!

I just got my smart wristband and downloaded FitCloud and now it is stuck in a 3 page option for connecting to Bluetooth. It won’t go back to the previous screen. So, I was able to get past the white screen of death place and can use it now!!! Looking forward to seeing how it performs!!!

Driving Me Crazy

I bought one for my husband - I thought it would be good to check his BP. The problem is, I cannot get it to synchronize; it will not accept English units (feet, miles, ounce, etc); if you have a problem & ask for help, it responds in Chinese...which of course I can’t read or understand. It looks great when checking it out on FB or a website, but the fact is that’s it’s crap / junk. Don’t waste your money. Buy a United States made FitBit - then you’ll have no problems!

Update messed it up

Most recent update made it worse. No longer tracks my steps when I first get up in the morning. Not able to shut off sleep mode anymore, showed over an hour and a half of my being up as still sleeping. Seems to decide on its own when I’m sleeping even if I’m not. Please fix these issues.

Better options

It need improvement on the sleep analysis. I would like to control when I’m going to bed and wake up. The sleep analysis comes on at random times. This is the only real issue I have with the watch. Would be nice to have a share from FitCloud to other social media. The options are there but don’t work.

Problems

I got my watch this app. And it my show up on my phone. It works with my phone but not watch. Gets stuck on timer one day stuck on sports the next two days. I mainly want it for the health part. I have high blood pressure and concerned about oxygen level. And I just started steps. I have not had these on this watch since I got it. I texted for help two days ago and no response thank you

Needs bug fixes (fixed in last update)

The last update caused the sync to not show the data under the health category. It does send the information to Apple health though. ((Fixed!))
