All classes are taught by Robin Long and our Lindywell Certified Pilates Instructors.

Pilates is a full body, posture-restoring, and centering exercise that is ideal for every age and body type.

Within our app, you can track your progress, access a monthly calendar of workouts, and take it with you on-the-go.

Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle.

All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment.

Everything we love from TBL +upgrades!

I’ve been a member of The Balanced Life Sisterhood since 2014 before it became this app. The new app for iOS is a delight, completely integrated all of the features and my favorite workouts from the previous app seamlessly! The library is still very user-friendly to navigate, too. I’m looking forward to finding favorite recipes in time as well. Everything has been easily accessible, no change in the message or spirit with the this app rebrand (check out Robin’s story about how she came up with the new name, it’s so well-aligned with the combat and community’s values!)
The team has done an excellent job with their communication and migration process to this new app. Looking forward to many more years of Pilates fun and progress with this community!

A Non-Exercise Person Now Hooked on Lindywell

I started this app over a year ago. I’ve never been consistent with exercise. However, with this app, I’ve found that I noticed a difference, an improvement in my neck and spine when I exercise 5 days a week. I find myself doing some of these exercises during the day to release tension in my neck and back. My legs and core are stronger. There are times that my schedule and energy just do not allow for me to fit one more thing into my day. But with this app I find myself wanting to get back to the mat and Pilates. The instruction is great. The convenience of taking this app with me anywhere and exercising on my time and in my home is fantastic! Thank you this app!

The best decision I’ve ever made

I never thought I would stick to any workout platform at home. But after I did the 5 day challenge, Robin’s energy, positive attitude and encouragement got me hooked. I started my 2nd year in June and I honestly look forward to working out in a daily! I would recommend to anyone who’s been struggling with consistency: you open Lindywell and you have your workout for the day waiting for you (no you need to scroll through all the options and have decision burnout). I also love the length of the workouts (between 15 and 35 minutes): everyone can do it!

Good exercise, app needs improvement

The Pilates are great, Robin and her team are great. These are life changing exercises and if you trust the method you feel results. You get stronger!
Lindywell has room for improvement. The casting to tv does not work. Spend 5 minutes trying, restarting, loading, waiting and all energy you had to workout is gone. Turn it off, do no workout, and feel worse for having tried. Sigh.
I also miss the old calendar and being able to mark off workouts throughout the month. New functionality to track days lost the old functionality to track workouts you’ve done. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I hope Lindywell gets better so I’ll enjoy the amazing Pilates and not be frustrated with the interface.

Love this App!

Scheduled workouts, healthy recipes, and constant encouragement are just 3 of the awesome benefits of this app! I love how easy it is to just click play or find exactly the workout I need. Recipes are easy to find and can be narrowed down by different categories including dietary restrictions. So many workouts to choose from that range from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. There is something for everyone. This program has changed my life for the better. I’m healthier and more content. I highly recommend this app!!

All you need

As a women’s health doctor, i’m very impressed with Lindywell. The exercises are well put together, effective, and doable. I do the workouts myself, and I send Lindywell to many of my patients. I highly recommend it for a pelvic floor dysfunction, scoliosis, poor posture, mental health support, or just overall general wellness/anti-aging. Robin and her team have put together an app that they should be proud of. It’s affordable so it increases accessibility yeah they did not skimp on quality! I just love it and you will too.

Best Pilates app for accountability

Love the this app calendar and daily workouts. No decision fatigue since I can just hit play on the daily workout and feel so good and strong afterwards! I also enjoy adding on other workouts from the series or just depending on what I want to do that day. Definitely a fantastic program that doesn’t take much time out of my day but makes me feel strong, fit, and flexible!

I LOVE the new updates.

I’d love it if I could organize my favorites/downloads into folders. For example in the morning I’m looking for strengthening exercises but at night I love a good stretching workout that’s lower energy/less likely to raise my heartbeat. It would be a nice feature for seasoned users who have already saved a bunch of favorites 😉

The best program

I have tried many online subscriptions & I have had a gym membership, but nothing compares to this. This is the only program I’ve ever consistently done & the only one I actually want to partake in. Robin does a great job leading you through exercises. She is encouraging & uplifting. I always feel refreshed after completing her workouts! this app is the best!

So rewarding!

I love Lindywell and program! It is so easy to open up and do the calendar workout! Then on the weekends I get to pick out which kind of workout I want to do and for how long. The instructors give such good explanations for each exercise and stretch. It has been a joy to regularly exercise and see consistent progress without spending hours.

Robin Long is so down to earth and easy to follow. She makes pilates fun and is able to laugh at herself. Pilates with Robin is like hanging out with a friend and getting an awesome core and strengthening workout. I absolutely love Lindywell so much! I’ve never even reviewed an app before but wanted to share because the recipes have helped me so much. I have a ton of food allergies and they are organized in a way that makes it easy. And that isn’t even the major Pilates part. Can’t say enough great things about it.

Not so great

The entire app only works for me half the time. I’ve been a member for 2 or 3 years and believe the older Balanced Life app worked much better. Actually everything on it worked. The new app doesn’t store my favorite work outs and the light green tabs on the bottom aren’t readable. They really should have given their color choices some thought before going with lime green on a background of white.

I love the themes that the leaders at this app promote. Progress over perfection, take time for yourself, even a small amount of time working out matters. I always feel good after completing a workout. It’s never too difficult and yet I feel stronger and healthier each day. I’m so glad I joined!

My Happy Place

this app I has helped me get into a routine of moving my body and weaving breathwork into my day. All of the sessions are on the beach; such a beautiful, relaxing, and healing place. They also encourage tuning into what your body needs. I am grateful for these sessions and have started to make the this app practice part of my daily routine.

My Style

Lindywell is just my style. Gives me the freedom and the encouragement I need. I’m 65 and have never really enjoyed exercising. But I will say Pilates has been my first love to exercising and now I have found this sisterhood with Robin to be so enjoyable to turn on everyday and to get all I need to start or finish my day!

Love this app!

I love is that I open Lindywell and the first thing you see is the workout for the day. Just get play and start. No need to look what to do. Also love that the workouts are short so there’s no excuse (time wise) in not doing them.

It has been a while as I got off course due to a health issue that happened with my daughter. This new Ap has reminded me that life happens and change is good and it is never too late to get back on the mat. Love the new AP and this Sisterhood!

The Best App

The this app app and subscription have been the best fitness related dollars I have ever spent. From more than 250 Pilates workout videos to hundreds of recipes and a supportive community, Lindywell has what you need to be successful and consistent. Robin and the other instructors are top-notch and give really good cues to help you keep proper form. This is not your typical press harder, do more, get your bikini body mantra. Instead they focus on grace over guilt, progress over perfection, and a balanced approach to whole body wellness. Give Lindywell a try!

Please lower the cost

In an effort to try to give sincere critical feedback… I love Robin and her workouts. I love her sincerity and her methods. I am not loving that Lindywell costs so much. I know what you’re providing is valuable, but when you can join a gym for $10 a month, or pay one fee to have access to other workout apps indefinitely, I feel like Lindywell is way over priced.

Best Workout App!

I can’t say enough good things about Lindywell! It’s easy to use, you can choose where you want to workout on your body and for how long, you can workout anywhere, and can keep track of your progress. After my workouts, I always feel stronger and more energized. It’s my favorite way to workout!

Great workout app!

I have been a member for about three years now and I really enjoy working out with Robyn and her friends. I do a work out or two probably three times a week. Lindywell is really easy to navigate and I feel so much better working out consistently.

Back on the mat feels so good!

This is the first time back on the mat for a long while I’ve been soo busy with life getting in the way!! Thank you Robin for reaching out in emails and texts and inviting me to the zoom meeting last night! I read your emails every week and feel so bad I’ve not gotten on the mat - the Spirit is willing but my flesh is weak! Alliance ID very full days both during the week and weekends. But Grace over a guilt calls me to look at myself in a different light.
So here I am, Back on the mat. Ann’s my body says “ahhhh, thank you!”

♥️Pilates

I have done pilates with Robin Long and this app for coming up on my 5th year. I love feeling invigorated, strong, and manage stress all with this one app. I love Robin’s down to earth voice in a field where there can be so much confusion about health and image. I love her approach and her emphasis on value beyond size and numbers-she does her best to focus on nourishment and a complete approach to health and wellness. Pilates maintains strength while being low impact. It can be done almost anywhere. I also love trying new healthful recipes and the encouragement to nourish our bodies with good food. I love this app!

The program that really makes you stick to your routine!

3 words: Powerful, adaptable and beach. Meaning: exercise can be fun, not to hard but challenging and powerful. You should adapt the pace and intensity to feel good about it to get the best results. 15 minutes does do the job!

I have been a this app user since August 2020. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every workout! Robin and staff are the best instructors. So easy to follow by their guiding words. The breath work session are amazing! Lots of options for a variety of Pilates to incorporate into any fitness routine. Grace over Guilt and Done for the Day! I use those phrases everyday! I am so grateful that I found Robin and the this app app during the summer of 2020!

True Wellness!

The key principles of what makes a person well and whole can be found in this community. Lindywell is the perfect tool that is very instinctive for the user. So much information provided that keeps it’s members coming back for each monthly update is easy to find & full of encouragement! When the motto of this app is Grace Over Guilt, it’s hard to say “no thanks” to such a forgiving & empowering community. The founder and her team were very proactive in asking it’s community what they wanted in an app and they delivered and then some more!

Love the workouts, love the gentle approach

All of the exercises are well explained. They have an extensive collection of workouts for beginners that focus on form and getting the full benefit of every exercise. They also have a great collection of workouts with more challenge for those who are ready.

The best part is the overall attitude of grace over guilt, no perfection expected. Encouragement galore.

Horrible customer service

I used to like this app, but I just rejoined but cancelled again cus how I was treated, I wanted back into the facebook group & they denied it cus of posts I did in the past about my special needs daughter, omg I feel so judged that’s an awful thing to say to someone & I havnt been posting cus how they made me feel , I was afraid to post anything, I wold just read others posted, so this was shocking, do this isn’t a member’s want to be in where im judged cus of my sweet special needs autistic daughter , no way no ones gonna treat her that way, I don’t need this toxic attitude, people are horrible, it’s why a lot of us special needs moms are isolated with the kids to protect them from horrible people like this, I’m so done! I have another awesome workout app where people don’t judge , so good riddance!😡😡😡😡

3 years and I still ove this program!

It’s like going to a daily pilates class on the beach but zero commute! I have been doing this pilates with Robyn for almost 3 years, and I love everything about it, especially the easy app with a curated workout ready for me. I don’t have to think about what routine I want, Robyn and her team have already done that for me. If there’s a day that I don’t have time (or the energy) for a longer workout, I can easily choose a different workout. I love checking off my workout and seeing my progress on the calendar. The grace over guilt message of the program is healthy and liberating. I like the upgrade on the recipes in Lindywell - very user friendly. This is far more than just workout videos, it is a supportive community to help us be healthier, stronger, kinder to ourselves people.

BEST Pilates Practice

Favorite part: “You’re done for the day”. Gentle, Grace over guilt, easy to use, and worth supporting the woman led company!! I am constantly finding somebody around me to recommend and talk about Lindywell to. Robin Long and her team have created a beautiful app, but best of all her practice is what keeps me as a member of the Sisterhood Community. When you open Lindywell you are able to choose the selected workout of the day, or you can navigate to the workout library and filter them accordingly to what you are wanting to do. I love seeing the new monthly workouts at the top and easily choosing the workout I want to do. There's a calendar feature to show upcoming workouts for the month, and a personalized tracker to see your workouts completed. After each video is a chance to give input of how you feel with simple button prompts and to share your workout with beautiful graphic images. I have learned so much in the past two to three years since being a member. I love to pass on the little nuggets to others and am confident in rolling out my mat and doing the stretches on my own.. the only downside of doing them without Lindywell playing is no checkmark for the day ✔️ I haven’t even mentioned the recipes on Lindywell ! TRY Lindywell!!

So happy to be back!

I took a break from Pilates, assuming I’d be fine on my own… but I was wrong. 🥺 I have definitely missed being a part of this community! Life can be stressful, full of all kinds of difficulties and disruptions, but this is something I need to keep doing for myself, to stay strong and more able to be there for my loved ones. 😊💕

A few initial hiccups, but now awesome.

Excellent content. I had some issues when I first started having to reset my password a few times, but it works now. Short and sweet Pilates and breath work exercises planned out for every day…so much easier not having to plan anything out, just open Lindywell and go! Almost nothing longer than 30 minutes…most about 15 minutes per day. Perfect for busy moms!
