-One set of lights died within the 1 year warranty period

-Another set of lights died shortly after the warranty period

-The app loses connectivity whenever you want to make a change

-There is no one to call or chat with for help

Junk App 2023-12-02

App can change colors, but the effects page has "compiling effects for this device" for several minutes and then the app closes. Rinse, repeat. Cleared cache, reinstalled app, restarted tablet, doesn't help.

Mapping is not working, lights are responsive and change effects quickly but when I try to map they do not flash as expected. App reinstalled and firmware updated bit no improvement. Tried on 23 sets but none mapping.

When i make group of 3 strings( generation1) and i try to add that group to google home. Only one strings comes up. It has been working before. When you try to ad them in google home he connects with twinkly app and only see one device from the group of 3. I Start all over again the installation. But the results stays the same. In twinkly app it works fine. Its the combination with te google home app. Maby you can help me with it. Thanks in advance

How to fix Twinkly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Twinkly app on iPhone
Update Twinkly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Twinkly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Twinkly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Twinkly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Twinkly Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Twinkly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Twinkly App
1. On android, goto Settings » Twinkly » click [Force Stop]

Update Twinkly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Twinkly App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Twinkly » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Twinkly.

Fix Twinkly unable to contact server/ Twinkly internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Twinkly » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Twinkly » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
