GYROOR is the worst app ever. Unfortunately, it is necessary if you wish to change colors, play music and see your battery life on the hoverboard that it connects to. The developers seem to have spent about five minutes creating GYROOR that fails in every way. We are very likely going to return the hoverboard because of GYROOR . A $250 hoverboard should have an app that works seamlessly together. This is not the case. I would recommend not purchasing the hoverboard because of the inaccessibility and inaccuracies of GYROOR . If you are checking GYROOR before buying the board, you are very smart and I wish I had done the same. The board is decent, but you really need GYROOR to use all of its functions. GYROOR needs many updates to get to a point of usefulness. Again, I RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING THIS BOARD BECAUSE THE ONLY APP THAT ATTACHES TO IT IS USELESS AND DYSFUNCTIONAL.

Like many others say board is great for the most part but GYROOR is junk! You’d think the company that sells their hoverboards at near $400 could afford to hire a great developer for their tech. Please, don’t be ignorant, you see these reviews and know that people are complaining about GYROOR so fix it, it shouldn’t be that hard and get a good reputation for your name that people will respect and gladly buy your product.

Issues:

Constantly disconnecting. Colors on lanterns don’t stay changed. No way to disable auto color change on lanterns. Pop ups in Chinese keep piping up. Should have turning force control since it will occasionally throw you off the board due to aggressive turning force. Option to disable the race car noise inside GYROOR would be nice. Thanks in advance. One star for GYROOR until it’s fixed.

First thing I want every one to understand is that the board is great! But I am not sure if it’s worth the amount that it cost. But GYROOR ? Forget it. I couldn’t connect to the music, the colors didn’t work most of the times, and the speed limit works infrequently. The board kept beeping for no reason but that’s fine. GYROOR is mostly useless if you want to guarantee your child is ALWAYS not too fast. Overall, great board, terrible app.

There are two apps for this app hover boards! There is one called Smart Board and in my opinion it works better. When you want to log in to GYROOR type this app in the log in bar and your in. If you have seen one of the this app unboxing and reviews this is GYROOR that they use. While GYROOR does work Smart Board includes the option to turn off the speed limiter. If you would like to get it you can either search it up or look for it the bottom of the page for GYROOR where it says “More from this creator”.

I got this hover board for my birthday and it was branded sing Gyro which is GYROOR it told me to download in the instruction guide and then I used to have a cart attachment that it came with in it it stopped working and then the warranty was pretty good but they sent me the same one but it was fixed because my other one broke and then they sent me and then one month later it broke again so now we might have to get a refund.

The board is amazing but GYROOR leaves much to be desired! To begin with .....I have to constantly reconnect the Bluetooth while riding if I want to monitor my battery level, or to change any of the very few settings that are provided by GYROOR!
I might have chosen a different board had I known that GYROOR would be such a disappointment!
The music playback works ok tho?
C”mon, this app......toss that software, and start fresh with a competitive approach to creating an app to accomodate such a great board!

My brother has a Lamborghini board and his app is far better, with adjustments for changing the sensitivity of cornering, braking, speed, as well as the generic programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced rider levels. There’s even a horn button that’s sounds a car horn!

It was decent. I have the board with the black hole tires GYROOR will not let you change the color on the inside of those. And you can’t convert from km/h to mph. But the board works great. GYROOR designer must have been lazy because he could have added many more features then he did.

Very cool board GYROOR works great and you can change the colors of the lights on the front also helps you adjust the right speed for you ! Another cool thing is that if your kid is using the board you can keep them safe with child mode. You should get GYROOR in my opinion and ignore the bad reviews!

I only use GYROOR to see how charged my battery is, and occasionally changing the color of the lights when I’m feeling fancy. I’ve tried adjusting the max speed but when I go back to the main screen and re-enter settings, the max speed is set back the where it was before adjusting. In my opinion, this is a major feature that is inoperable. Please fix this issue!

I’ve had it for a long time and it hasn’t done that and I charge it to its full to use it, but it turns off and after I turn it back on after I’ve fallen off thanks to it turning off, it goes back to normal no turn offs after, it’s after I charge it.

I just got the actual thing and didn’t realize how app controlled it was. Idk where all these bad reviews came from cause it works PERFECTLY! I was very nervous to get a hover board (because some are cheap and some explode) but I have high hopes for this one! It’s day one and I’m hoping it stays this great! Totally recommend this one!

When I first got it and tried to connect to blue tooth, it wouldn’t let me and I got really discouraging, but after using my brain I just went into my Bluetooth settings and manually connected. The signal I got was wheel music

I wish I thought about searching the reviews on GYROOR before buying the hoverboard! I’m glad I tried to set everything up so that it can be used after opening on Christmas because I am now going to return it all because GYROOR is such a cheap joke! Most features don’t work and the Bluetooth is awful, unless you like your music skipping NON-STOP and then disconnecting after about 10 seconds of the skipping music.

I really like my hoverboard, and I like how GYROOR has so many options for it. The customer service is great and has been very patient with me. In overall, it was a great purchase.

Idk why so many people hate that app. After reading all the reviews, I downloaded GYROOR myself to test it out. No problems at all. Very easy to use app for me. Sorry for all who’s app is broken

To detect the device I need to start application, enable the Bluetooth, kill app and run it again. After that manipulation I can manage the light color, and see the speed, but cannot play a music via internal device speakers.

Love the board!! Had it 4 months now. GYROOR doesn’t exactly work right. Most of the buttons don’t do anything at all. Useful for setting a speed limit and seeing battery life. DO NOT try changing the color of the lights, they just rotate colors forever once you touch it.

GYROOR is good if it works, I used it a year ago and it worked ok now it won’t connect and won’t search Bluetooth

GYROOR is required for using the this app hoverboard. But it is pretty useful for helping to control the max speed when used by children.

You spend $350 for this board and then you download GYROOR .... and then.... nothing, GYROOR doesn’t even allow me to register. It says to confirm my information, but gives no way to confirm except to hit the register button, again. And nothing. App is more then terrible. Zero stars.

I really like the hover board but GYROOR is shady Af it is trying to ask for all my passwords it only gets 2 stars because the hoverboard is good, other than that I would give it 1 star. An app with people paying 250$ should have more thought put into it.

Great app!! I think that the other people who have reviewed GYROOR forgot to go into settings, go into Bluetooth, and tap wheel music.

I used this for my hover bored and the sound is spectacular I love it

I recently got a hover board and tried to agust some thing but it kept saying Bluetooth disconnected even though that bug was said to be fixed please fix this

I connected to wheel music once, (now it wont let me) and the model keeps blinking on and off and cannot connect via app

GYROOR doesn't work with my hover board. The only thing that is working was the Bluetooth. I can’t even connect GYROOR to the board. Very disappointed.

GYROOR connects and that’s it. Main objective is to set the speed limit for safety. App will not set the speed limit. Swipe to set and it resets every time.

What’s the point of an app that isn’t even updated correctly?

Absolute garbage customer service!! And GYROOR is laughable in its function.

Can’t get it to connect to my phone and the board is stuck at 6.5 mph
