Unfortunately, it is so sad to see how the whole system works when I make an appointment for the homemade to come to the house and leave in such an extremely short time if I don’t respond to the called to inform me that they have arrived to the house location. Sometimes, people stay in the shower for over 15mins, sometimes people get randomly busy changing and taking care of their kids the moment they call to inform that they’re outside. Of course, no response they leave I get it. However I gotta be satisfied plus I have paid my amount for the visit.
I believe it is unfair system!!
I placed the order 1 day in advance for morning cleaning service 8-10am, no one contacted in advance or to check details. By the time of arrival someone called around 9:40, I didn’t pick up. I called back 20 times. They didn’t pick up.
I chat in Raha to complain that no one came: time is 9:55. By 10:00 they say order is completed. I wrote to customer service again: no reply.
What is this service? Do you even try to put yourself at the customer side and see the problem?
Not recommended , Subscribed for 3 months and after 3 days i decided to cancel due to labor quality issues, there are no way to chose the replacement they will send you any one.
No call center to communicate with, poor chatting agent support, overall 0 out 100.

The calendar booking is miss leading, I booked a date in May, after paying it pushed it till June. There is no free cancellation, and you will be charged for date change.
Also the customer service is really bad, and the terms and conditions are not very clear. And they will hold you to it afterwards.
They reschedule visits automatically without consulting the customer, and they are not apologetic about it! And the way they treat customers is very bad; very rude and arrogant. An auto reply would be enough, since these people have nothing to help or offer. Bad experiences; never going to deal with them again!
I didn’t use the service yet, but the fact that I must submit my ID ( national number) before I can even see the prices and services they offer isn’t acceptable. I contact support and they refused to answer any of my questions. I believe that they want to create a very large database quickly.
The worst experience I have ever experienced. They don’t list enough information on their service cards. Once you pay, details appear!! When you contact them, they said you agreed on the terms and conditions, like all customers were lawyers!! I don’t recommend this app at all, and will never do!
A lot of Bug , Nice App , but most of features has errors is not working . My device is iPhone X , and I try iPhone XS , same bugs
Change worker is not working , Complain Is not working , I try to call the free number , No one answer , they push me to use what’s up even when I use WhatsApp no response. I pay 9,398 SAR and I don’t know Who to Call.

Worst application, worst company, nothing happens the way you want it and they never answered their number to call so you have to use whatsapp then no one replies to you in whatsapp and they force you to pay before you start your contract and if you cancel its non refundable so basically you get stuck with a bunch of imaginary company and imaginary workers that never answer and never help
Disgusting, filthy, and horrible cleaning company. I got a cleaner and she came with a bag full of bedbugs. My whole house is full of bed bugs now. Looking to move into a new place because of them and the company couldn’t care less. They must have a supervisor that checks their bags and monthly inspections at their facilities if not weekly. This will be my last time choosing this app for any service.
Not professional, helper didn’t know how to do anything we had to teach her, we had to move things for her to clean under it otherwise she wouldn’t, she was day dreaming and was not fluent in languages so communication was hard.
Eventually when I was trying to reach the customer service to speak about it, there was no number to contact, so asked them through Raha to contact me back, and it has been 4 days now and no one got back to me!!! What if there was an emergency case??
NOT HAPPY AT ALL
I am truly disappointed with this app’s performance with assigning a preferred service provider to my contract. I was told I can’t assign for single visits. Then i purchased a multiple visit and still could not get the requested service provider even when I had flexible dates.
I tried several times, ordering live in lady, Raha says no address information available, even though I have several hourly contracts where ladies do come to my address listed in Raha , tried customer services through chat, they make complaints and that’s it, nothing changed .
You can’t reach the company regarding your booked service …. Horrible horrible horrible

I have 32 riyals as points and I wanted to reschedule the visit which costs 69 riyals. I used my points but the price stayed the same and i paid 69 riyals regardless
