I have two cameras and they are appearing on the icsee app as online devices, but when I try to click on the camera to view, it gets timed out. Can someone please look into this?

My app keeps going offline. I have a exellelent connection to my wifi. I simply want to take it off military time but everytime i get to the option the app goes offline.

Stop record to cloud ab. one week agou. Not record to sd card. Now time out error all the time. When start Icsee can login and see camera ok. But no recording to cloud!!! Time out error!! Where can get the older ICSEE version. It's work 1.5 years ok! // pera

I have 13 icsee cameras and none of them are connecting to wifi anymore. All other cameras on the same wifi are connecting.

I have 3 cameras iCSee for 2 years long. A few days ago, i realized that the cameras are no longer sending alert message on my Apple Phone. I tried to check the application, but them Message Notification no longer appear in Application and also, a lot of other facilities are no more running.

i have a problem with your cameras going off line and when i reboot them i cannot access the app to reposition them or view pictures. i have tried unsuccessfully three times this evening to reset my password to gain access to my account. I am becoming very disallussioned with your product
