I get a message "Please wait while loading...99%" It never gets to 100% the network connection times out, how to solve this problem?
My app won't open on my phone. My partners app does open on his phone. Tried rebooting phone. Other apps work fine. If by some chance it does open, will not run smoothly and keeps buffering.
After a few days of installation , the app is unable to wakeup the camera. There is a day that it works again but goes offline and unable to wakeup the camera again till now.
I get Network. Timeout while AP-connection. And that video download is to slow . I can hear a live- sound and even talk to people in front of can. And it reacts on moving up/down/l/r... but can't see avideo stream or record it on sd card

After updating I now get a message "Please wait while loading...99%" It never gets to 100% the network connection times out and the message says "Try Again". I have reset my router and restored the camera to factory settings but the problem persists. Please let me know what else I can do to get my camera back on line and working.

The camera is not talking after connecting to the power and even after pressing the reset button. It's not giving configuration sequence.

I have 3 cameras in my shop .,all 3 worked good ,but now when I load the app .I get ADVERTS .I didnt buy your cameras to get adverts .also now i have you enter my passwords for all 3 cameras ..then after a minute or so the cameras crash .have to start over again .enter the passwords again ..OMG whats going on ..looking at all these comments.I am not the only one having the same problems WHY DONT YOU FIX IT ???
I have a camera running on the ixsee app and was working fine until a few days ago i could look back at all the local recorded video now when i try to go back and look at the local stored video from the night before it just keep closing the app out i cant view anything. I am monitoring owls so it is pretty important to see this is there a way to fix this without losing the local storage. Thanks Russ

I disconnected 3 of these security cameras I have. I also deleted them from the list of cameras connected to my wifi. Now I'm trying to reconnect a couple of them back to my wifi and I'm have a rough time, please help.
