Icsee camera is not allowing me to access as soon I am left to another country. It makes icsee useless and worthless. Do I get a help???

I have 3 icsee cameras. When I first open the app, the device screen jumbles the camera device order then stops. Also when I open the camera feed the screen is full but I prefer the auto icon screen. But when I tap it the app closes. The also closes when I tap the turn icon. I also just bought an Icsee solar camera and it works fine, the problem I have is when I want to watch all three cameras at once, the solar camera won’t show with the other 2 wired cameras I have on the screen. I have to close the other 2 cameras to watch the solar camera on its own. I am disappointed that I’m not able to watch all 3 camera feeds at once. I have had Icsee cameras since 2020 and are happy with them. The app is just acting strange. Please advise. Thank you.

Icsee app advised a firmware upgrade which I allowed. Camera works but light keeps turning on and off. I cant control it. I need help or I'm out another $50 on cameras. Please anyone, can you help me?

My iCsee camera is online and my app works fine. I can get images on my phone and I can turn the camera one way but it won't turn back the other way, up and down are ok, images are ok, it just wont turn the one way. Can this be reset?

Does anybody know how to connect ICSee IP Cam to our private cloud? (not company's cloud as you have seen how that works) We are planning to setup a cloud where any IP Cam can be connected and accessed. Ideally, we are building this system for our internal users (our company usage) but looking at these complaints, will be open to building an app at large. Problem: How to connect IP Cam to Cloud (private) without having VPN/DDNS/Static IP at Camera Location. (It is possible because the App works remotely, without having a VPN/DDNS/Static IP at the Camera location or in Phone) Regards, Shubham

The camera just turned Off. I tried to reset but the camera is not responding. Totally dead. The power supply is operational, and there is no problem with the internet. 

Hi. I recently changed the phones and everything was normal. But after a few days when I would click on the video it would show "No record "and when I click on the pictures it shows" didn't receive the alarm picture". My Cloud is good till May of next year. What should I do?

I have 3 cameras connected to Icsee android app. It works like a charm. However, when I go abroad, it takes about a week, then the app starts complaining about password. I manually enter password again, but then all cameras are gone. When I go home to my country, suddenly cameras are back. Can you tell why this strange behaviour occurs? I still want to contact my cameras when abroad.

Hi, There is a problem with iCSee application installed on Samsung 10 plus. Password field is greyed out when you try to login to device, to see messages and camera display. It’s working fine on iPhone. Please help. Thanks, Evgenia

The access code to create a new account takes too long to email to me. Result it expires before receipt and hence I am getting no where . The three attempts per 24 hour limit is now also delaying me John Avery

I did download the I see app. I first did try to register with my normal email address. I got the code and then he said: your username already has been registered. Ok. I did try to log in but then it said me: password or username is not correct. I did ask for a new password and I got a new code. After this I tried to log in again. Same issue. I did do this 3 times and then I received a pop up: you only can try 3 times. So I do have to wait for 24 hours to try again. Then I used my second email address and it began with the same issues. If you will be so helpful to resolve this problem I would be grateful. Hope for a very quick answer to resolve this big inconvenience. Greetings

Hi I use wifi camera model SmartVision with PTZ, but ICSee software has some various bugs, I am disappointed: 1. Sound button doesn’t switch camera sound every time so I can not hear what is happening at the camera point. 2. Sandisc Micro SD card is not reading by camera, which Micro SD card should be used ? I paid pretty round amount for this SD card. 3. I am not able to view multiple cameras in one window like split screens into 4 cameras. I would be grateful if this bugs fixed. orujov.anar@redacted

I have been using the iCSee camera for a while now with an SD card and it seems to not be working anymore so I went ahead and reset it. Since the reset, I have decided to use cloud storage so I went ahead and paid for six months. My card was charged and the money came off but I am not getting the benefit of the cloud storage because it is simply NOT WORKING! I would something to be done about this....either I get a refund or you give me access to the cloud storage.

I am very very tired of pissing with this camera, seems ant farts knock it offline and it is damn near impossible to get it back up and running. The user interface has changed to the point of rejecting anything camera being uploaded. This is nothing more than a headache let's see if you can make it any more difficult with your app ridiculous. The first app was the best so they take out the easy and add in more cussing mode

Hello I am having, problems connecting my IcSee camera to my wifi it keeps disconnecting. This is an on going problem.

Having trouble turning the led light on manually...it still works when a person walks by but the app freezes if I try to do it manually....tried rebooting the camera but it still doesn't work.... any ideas?

I have 3 cameras. One hooked to WiFi and two hooked up directly to the internet. The WiFi camera has color but the other two do not. Any idea why?

I have 2 cameras, I don't seem to be able to get them both to work on the same password..after several attempts I was locked out..I was able to re-enter but only by using Msg. Now only one allows me to search..the other takes pictures but rarely catches the culprit in the shot . can I adjust to compensate or do I have to pay for the video hook up. I have had an issue with one camera giving itself a user name that I didn't program..this is the camera that I can't surf with, it just takes snap shots on motion or all settings. Is there any help site or another reset mode..the other camera has a broken reset botton or it was never adhered inside the camera.

Unable to reset camera.. reset button broken inside. I tried the SAPDtool and it doesn’t recognize my program,. Is there an admin/password that I can use to override this problem. My cameras suddenly stopped connecting to internet. Nothing has changed they just stopped connecting. I've tried everything and they are right next to the router. They say hit the reset but I can't find it.

Why always record and save every 5 minute. In 24 hour, got 288 footage safe inside. If something happens, it take time to go through all videos
