I have 3 icsee cameras. When I first open the app, the device screen jumbles the camera device order then stops. Also when I open the camera feed the screen is full but I prefer the auto icon screen. But when I tap it the app closes. The also closes when I tap the turn icon. I also just bought an Icsee solar camera and it works fine, the problem I have is when I want to watch all three cameras at once, the solar camera won’t show with the other 2 wired cameras I have on the screen. I have to close the other 2 cameras to watch the solar camera on its own. I am disappointed that I’m not able to watch all 3 camera feeds at once. I have had Icsee cameras since 2020 and are happy with them. The app is just acting strange. Please advise. Thank you.

My iCsee camera is online and my app works fine. I can get images on my phone and I can turn the camera one way but it won't turn back the other way, up and down are ok, images are ok, it just wont turn the one way. Can this be reset?

Does anybody know how to connect ICSee IP Cam to our private cloud? (not company's cloud as you have seen how that works) We are planning to setup a cloud where any IP Cam can be connected and accessed. Ideally, we are building this system for our internal users (our company usage) but looking at these complaints, will be open to building an app at large. Problem: How to connect IP Cam to Cloud (private) without having VPN/DDNS/Static IP at Camera Location. I have 3 cameras connected to Icsee android app. It works like a charm. However, when I go abroad, it takes about a week, then the app starts complaining about password. I manually enter password again, but then all cameras are gone. When I go home to my country, suddenly cameras are back. Can you tell why this strange behaviour occurs? I still want to contact my cameras when abroad.

I did download the I see app. I first did try to register with my normal email address. I got the code and then he said: your username already has been registered. Ok. I did try to log in but then it said me: password or username is not correct. I did ask for a new password and I got a new code. After this I tried to log in again. Same issue. I did do this 3 times and then I received a pop up: you only can try 3 times. So I do have to wait for 24 hours to try again. Then I used my second email address and it began with the same issues. If you will be so helpful to resolve this problem I would be grateful. Hope for a very quick answer to resolve this big inconvenience. Greetings

Hi I use wifi camera model SmartVision with PTZ, but ICSee software has some various bugs, I am disappointed: 1. Sound button doesn’t switch camera sound every time so I can not hear what is happening at the camera point. 2. Sandisc Micro SD card is not reading by camera, which Micro SD card should be used ? I have been using the iCSee camera for a while now with an SD card and it seems to not be working anymore so I went ahead and reset it. Since the reset, I have decided to use cloud storage so I went ahead and paid for six months. My card was charged and the money came off but I am not getting the benefit of the cloud storage because it is simply NOT WORKING! I would something to be done about this....either I get a refund or you give me access to the cloud storage.

I am very very tired of pissing with this camera, seems ant farts knock it offline and it is damn near impossible to get it back up and running. The user interface has changed to the point of rejecting anything camera being uploaded. This is nothing more than a headache let's see if you can make it any more difficult with your app ridiculous. The first app was the best so they take out the easy and add in more cussing mode

I have 2 cameras, I don't seem to be able to get them both to work on the same password..after several attempts I was locked out..I was able to re-enter but only by using Msg. Now only one allows me to search..the other takes pictures but rarely catches the culprit in the shot . can I adjust to compensate or do I have to pay for the video hook up. I have had an issue with one camera giving itself a user name that I didn't program..this is the camera that I can't surf with, it just takes snap shots on motion or all settings. Is there any help site or another reset mode..the other camera has a broken reset botton or it was never adhered inside the camera.

Unable to reset camera.. reset button broken inside. I tried the SAPDtool and it doesn’t recognize my program,. Is there an admin/password that I can use to override this problem. Trouble Connecting/Insesent Alarms/No Videos

This is a piece of junk! Just to start, click on the develop website link here in the store. It's nothing. Just like this product. Window dressing! Advertised IR & it's not. Like everyone else, I had trouble connecting it. Then, I'm getting non-stop alarms when no one is there. Must be a setting is off but I've tried every permutation & can't get it to work. About all I can do is change the interval (the amount of time elapsed since the last bogus alarm!). Finally, got the SD card in, formatted, & everything appears correct, but it doesn't take even a snapshot of the event (we've tested it & the thing doesn't seem to know the difference between it's bogus alarms & a real event!) Much less a video!! The App has no explanation & when I asked for help, I was told it would require a book? Well, if it's that complicated, maybe someone should at least make some kind of effort!! Finally, when I apparently asked for too much help (first, the man complained he missed the train since I contacted him so early. Well, excuse me; no one asked you to answer the inquiry right then!! Then, he insulted me by calling me stupid, saying if I weren't female, I'd understand how it works but even a "stupid" female knows you catch the train BEFORE you answer an inquiry! Duh!! Bottom line: this must be a cheap knock off to the real thing. It just doesn't work. $30 paperweight taking up space on my phone!

So today is November 2019 and for the application there is nothing that is showing and then glitch where you could contact the developer of the app I’ve been trying to look around on this app in the store and it goes into other apps that the developer has there’s nothing about customer service where I can get help my application is showing Chinese last time I had to uninstall it and reinstall it two timesI thought this was fixed before I’m not going to keep uninstalling and reinstalling every time so a one star rating will stay on until the company decides to accommodate Customer Service on the application on the web store that’s a be easy when you open up the application on the play store and you want to contact the developer about the app issues should be a click away not a mission to figure out that something you press on developer goes to other apps with no help
