How to fix DAZN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DAZN app on iPhone
Update DAZN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DAZN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DAZN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DAZN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

DAZN Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix DAZN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the DAZN App
1. On android, goto Settings » DAZN » click [Force Stop]

Update DAZN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DAZN App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » DAZN » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart DAZN.

Fix DAZN unable to contact server/ DAZN internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click DAZN » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto DAZN » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
