Do not load this card with money they will lock your card & hold your money hostage ! They have a number on the back of card for problems but when there is an actual problem they will refuse to help you & make you do everything threw (karmic.) it does not say Lowes so I’m assuming it means they used a third party company that’s why when there’s a problem they say screw you it is not our problem & keep your money hostage.

Horrible app no customer support from app developers or Lowe’s. Added money to use with my business and account was “suspended” within 2 days before I was even able to purchase on my new account. Lowe’s has been zero help and just refer you to the app developer who you cannot get any help from. Can’t say enough about how bad this app and service of Lowe’s has been. Save yourself and don’t use a Lowe’s preload card.
