My app keeps crashing. I have removed the app, cleared my cache, rebooted the phone, reinstalled the app and nothing has worked. I have tried this six times without success. It keeps crashing after freezing on the connect to Amazon heart information screen pops. Every time it freezes
Zepp App has not responded all day (3/14/22) on several different devices.

My Zepp app freezes every time I try to load it. Even after I delete it and reinstall it. I’ve forgot this device in Bluetooth. I’ve factory reset the watch. Deleted the app like 7 times and deleted cache history from explorer. Nothing is working. The watch was still receiving notifications before I did the factory reset. The watch isn’t much use without the app. Can y’all give me instructions on how to fix this? Thank you.
IOS 15,4 for more than a month without issues until this morning. The Zepp app now hangs at the first screen with the arrows and then goes back to the main IOS screen but the app is still running in the background. Selecting the app from the background apps brings yp the arrows screen and then does the same thing. I have rebooted the iPhone to now avail.
The Zepp app for iphone is not working. It will not open. it just crashes.
Zepp app stopped working on my iPhone 13 today (March 14th, 2022). It was working in the morning, it does not open or crashes when trying to open it in the afternoon. I have updated the phone, deleted the app, installed it again. Nothing works.

Zepp app locks up today. Running IOS 15.3.1 and had no previous problems. App stops at “Allow Zepp to Access Health”. “Don’t Allow & OK” buttons don’t function. Power cycled IPhone – no change in app’s behavior. Uninstalled & reinstalled Zepp - no change in app’s behavior. IPhone detects Amazfit Band 5 Bluetooth.
i log in and when the option pops upt o allow zepp to sync with apply health the screen freezes i can not do anything. i have uninstalled, restarted, created new account and nothing. it worked fine yesterday
The zepp app freezes and is unusable! You support website is useless requiring a zepp ID from the App. If your having problems with the app how the hell do you get a zepp id!
