How to fix Dispo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dispo app on iPhone
Update Dispo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dispo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dispo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dispo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Dispo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dispo app issues:

Force Stop the Dispo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dispo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dispo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dispo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dispo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dispo.

Fix Dispo unable to contact server/ Dispo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dispo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dispo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dispo on android.
