I’ve gotten three different error messages :
1.) error: validation code is invalid- after copy/pasting directly from the email address provided
2.) error: too many attempts: received after trying step 1 multiple times. need to do the email validation process again, but this is a black hole Black hole- not possible because the account is tied to the email provided with no option of a reset or resending a verification. Code. Tried a different email see comment 1.
3.) confirmation SMS error. Error received after registering with another email.
You have email confirmation, sms, manual password set, no single sign on, no keychain access, I put it in all my personal information, I put in a code for my email, then a code from my phone, and I’m supposed to also set a PIN... and then GreenGoeCarsharing crashes.
Yeah, no wonder one of your cars is sitting out in front of my house the last week not moving.
I wish all cities had such a great carsharing service as GreenGo is. Quick and easy to use, the cars are super fast with 0 emission and you just drive&go without having to worry about returning the car to the origin or spending money on maintenance like with your own car. Super service, I love GreenGo!
Honestly the registration process is a bit difficult but if you have registered after you will find it as a good, comfortable and affordable service. The best way is if you buy packages and use the car for a whole day – it will be more cheaper than a compact rental car.
