App still has a ways to go despite how good the physical institution is. Their app still has too many limits and forces one to actually go to their web browser to complete banking. Their app “just” takes care of the “most basic” banking. But, it’s definitely doable in an app to do complete banking, First Commerce allows full banking through their app. So, it’s doable. Why bother having an app if you have to do partial banking on a web browser. It’s just “taking” up space and memory. The recent update was “better” so to speak but still has not reached its full potential. Probably why I have become a “full” Envision member. Not to mention, when you call the bank asking questions about features of the “app” and their employees “guess” at answer to get rid of the call, wasting the members time by not “finding out” to answer knowledgeable.
