I have had ZOSIVIEW for a while and it seems to be nothing but problems. Now every time I log on and try to check cameras it tells me cameras offline. I have unplugged them plugged them back in reset Wi-Fi router in plugged network cable and plugged it back in. I have tried every step to get them working again and nothing no response for over 3 months now thank God I have ring doorbells also. They are the best form of back up I am thinking I may just throw this camera set in the trash and buy ring flood light cameras for outside it will kill 2 birds with one stone add extra lighting and cameras on those angles also. We have had a lot of unusual activity in my neighborhood lately and plenty of people breaking into neighbors homes, shops and garages. We need the extra security.

When it works, it’s great. However, it will suddenly quit and say cameras are offline or stopped. We can view if we are using the WiFi at our house, but nowhere else. I just keep checking daily because as suddenly as it stopped, it starts working. The problem is, We want to check security around our house while we are not there. This really needs to be fixed. I don’t think it’s a problem with the system since I can view it on tv and while on my home WiFi. I think it’s a problem with ZOSIVIEW .

I have to say I’ve never in my life had more displeasure to use an app. This could possibly take the gold medal for the worst app ever created in the history of apps. I’ve never seen anything like it. ZOSIVIEW isn’t worthy of one star, it needs negative stars. Don’t bother trying to watch any of your cameras in HD. You’re stuck on SD at all times. It has nothing to do with internet speed. Your upload bandwidth could be one quadrillion megabits per second and it still won’t work in HD. The worst I’ve ever seen. My 94 year old grandfather could’ve designed an app better than this during one of his afternoon naps. I’ve asked him to develop an app that’d be better and he said he would increase the duration of his afternoon nap to help get ZOSIVIEW finished earlier for me.

WILL NOT BUY AGAIN, WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Pretty cool to check in on the house via an app. Would be a lot cooler if ZOSIVIEW didn’t constantly fail. I’d say 1 of 10 days that I try to log in something about ZOSIVIEW fails that prevents me from seeing the video feed. Failed log in, failed connection, account does not exist, invalid user name/password - all messages I’ve received. A day later doing nothing differently it may work. Don’t trust this system or app as your primary security.

I have had to sets of these cameras, 8 and 4 channels. For almost a year now they always go offline and have to unplug both dvr’s and plug them back before they come back online and this happens very frequently and I am tired of it. I have done everything they told me to do but the issue persists.
Another issue is accessing recording remotely is just tedious if not impossible. I just feel like I have wasted money on these cameras.

ZOSIVIEW is almost as worthless as the system itself. If the cameras ever manage to pick up motion, an alarm goes off and the file is saved. If you try to view the file and hopefully see what motion was detected, it pulls you into a LIVE view of the camera. NOT the filed motion alarm. That means you’ll have to pull up the camera itself and go back to the specific time to see what happened. If you have more than one camera set to alarm and you try to view individual files, it will only pull up the live view for the first camera. Frequent “Connect failed” messages. Very disappointed with it all. Spend your money somewhere else.

We got our system set up today and ZOSIVIEW initially worked... for maybe 5 seconds. After that it keeps saying buffering then video data loss and does nothing. I logged out and back in, force closed ZOSIVIEW , deleted and added the system again and nothing works. The whole point of getting the security system was for us to be able to remotely check the system when we aren’t home. Not impressed with ZOSI in the slightest.

ZOSIVIEW only works when I’m home and under the same WiFi. My wife and I have attempted for support and still nothing has changed. If you are someone who only wants security cameras that are viewable from home only then this system is for you. If you are like the rest of the world and bought this security system for when you are away from your home, stay away!!!! I would definitely of given 5 stars if ZOSIVIEW actually worked away from home. Please fix this terrible app!!!

ZOSIVIEW is terrible. As long as I'm connected through the same internet/wifi as my camera system (8 cameras w/DVR) everything works well. Once I leave and try to use ZOSIVIEW over my phone I start having connection issues. Doesn't matter how good of signal I have it just won't connect most of the time. This would be an awesome system if I could use it the main way I intended by using my cell. It's honestly a bad app. I've gone through support multiple times but unable to get it to work properly.

ZOSIVIEW is so terrible as to when I’m away from home has a terrible time connecting to server from my iPhone. The reason why I purchased this security camera system as I’m a truck driver so I can see what’s going on around my house when not there during the week. When it does let me buffer in it works fine for a little then all of a sudden nothing pictures gone then I need to close app then reopen but no guarantee it will work.
When home and viewing from monitor at house it all working fine. Like I said before it’s with ZOSIVIEW issues!!

Need to seriously address the issues with app!

We use this in our Escape Room and way too often we can’t get logged in to ZOSIVIEW . Spins at login so now we can’t see or hear our customers and interact with them. They have no weekend support or if they do they are horrible to answer. If you need to rely on this for a business I would not recommend them.

Difficult to use playback. ZOSIVIEW usually ‘connect failed’ after 5 minutes and would be useless for hours before a successful connection could be made. Also notice that their last update was 8 months ago. Obviously they don’t give a thought about ZOSIVIEW anymore even though they’re still selling the Zosi security cameras for use with ZOSIVIEW.

There are a few places where it's obvious translating wasn't fully correct. There could be more features like 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x playback instead of having to scroll the time bar. Also, when a day in the playback finishes and the time bar goes to the next day, moving the time bar results in freezing playback of that camera and then states "data loss" but playing normally (even waiting to get to the time I scrolled to) it will load normally...

Please consider adding the feature above and fixing this time bar scrolling bug.

Needs updating for newer phones software and some bugs worked out there and there I have very expensive PTZ cameras and use them very often sometimes ZOSIVIEW won’t even work my Internet is just fine it’s your servers but to say it is an great layout and app

The camera system, and customer support is awesome. Unfortunately ZOSIVIEW is not. The cameras freeze constantly, and ZOSIVIEW stops working way to many times. I goto check my cameras during the day and it will show that its night out on them and take quite a long time to load the live stream. When I am away from home I do not feel like checking the cameras on ZOSIVIEW will do anything because it won’t load. Needs a major update as well as adding fast forwarding on the playback option.

Just stopped working after the last update, but reinstalling it fixed it. For some reason half of the cameras will freeze after about 20 seconds, and the other half will not. I wish I could figure this part out. Otherwise, fairly solid program especially since it’s free and comes with a one time purchase of the camera system. I’m happy enough with it for the price I paid.

I’ve been using ZOSIVIEW over 2 years now without any problems. Sure it could be updated to make playback more user friendly as far a live view it works great!!! On my iPhone and iPad.

Had a bit of an issue when I first downloaded ZOSIVIEW , but I figured it out. I did reach out to Zosi at first and they replied immediately, but again, google found the easy fix for me.
It’s funny, people complain about ZOSIVIEW , but it’s normally the WiFi connection in conjunction to the “not so expensive” cameras that are the issues. ZOSIVIEW does what it’s supposed to do.

Not too bad. Would've been easier had I set up passwords through ZOSIVIEW . Took a couple tries but finally accepted password and we're all connected now. My advice is to use the search button in device manager and load your passwords through ZOSIVIEW . I have a separate login account and an admin (default) account with a 16 digit password. I am already cabled this took about 40 minutes, probably 15/20 through the "ZIOS view" app

8 Cameras are great have them over 5 yrs and only two are going bad as I write this. Ordered 4 more to replace them and have two back ups. Seriously when will there be a app update. It’s been like two yrs now.

ZOSIVIEW is very worthless and has no real instructions on how to use it. Second having your cameras stream video to a unknown server location and then to your mobile device is a high security risk especially since it’s designed in CCP China. Now for the viewing of the security cameras it doesn’t work there’s way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, way, too much server lagging to the point that you will be seeing video from 2 minutes ago to 1hr ago. I’d stay away from ZOSI, Funlux or what ever name they choose for the week. There’s a security breach introduced with this software that takes control over IOS 14.
