I went to the website and was greeted with a huge mess. Go to this website to do this. Download the app choices app… Go to opt-out tool… blah blah. Ridiculous. This is clearly done to make it so people cannot easily say NO.
Do the right thing. Please. Allow us to block ads and targeting. Otherwise, I’ll be a subscriber and reader you lose. More importantly, Southerners value their space and privacy. You violate that by not allowing us to opt out in the app and on the news website.

The app froze when I tried to use it. Tried to engage customer service but it was painfully slow to chat and they never provided an answer. Unable to find normal subscription pricing anywhere within the app and customer service told me I could find it in the printed version. Nevertheless, they wouldn’t tell me the price. Overall, it just seems as if customers are an annoyance? I would not recommend this app.

I’m a paid subscriber. Can’t read most of the papers articles because block pops up asking me to subscribe. I sent in email asking for help.. no response. I can’t find way to fix problem. Content is good if you could actually read it. I hope someone reads this and tries to contact me to resolve issue before I cancel.
