How to fix Nickel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nickel app on iPhone
Update Nickel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nickel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nickel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nickel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nickel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nickel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nickel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nickel » click [Force Stop]

Update Nickel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nickel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nickel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nickel.

Fix Nickel unable to contact server/ Nickel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nickel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nickel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
