It’s a good, clean app. Very straightforward and easy to use. However the biggest drawback is, it doesn’t contain some information or it goes blank. For example, it’s still missing the 7 train times even though the MTA subway time data has it and I was just using it for the F and there was no downtown information when it is available on the subway time. If this would get fixed, it would be one of my favorite apps.
Mostly v helpful, flaky with some trains

Mostly even tho i like the app, i decided to write because it's been VERY flaky with the Q train. For instance (only 1 of several instances) this eve it said 4 min, I walk to stop and says 2 min--fine. After elevator i arrive at track and it says 5 min. I wait. 2nd F train arrives after a bit and now app says Q 7 min. I get on F train instead. Q shows up as F train doors close on me. Super aggravating!
Great app, but needs a widget!

Love the app, it’s intuitive and smooth but the only thing missing is a widget option. I’d love to save my local line I commute with to the widget so I can see at a glance if there are any delays. Or save my local station to see the next few uptown/downtown train arrivals.
