this app asked me to write a review while i was on the subway, and i couldn't write a review because i didn't have a cell service connection. i would give it 1.5 stars cuz i like the nyc subway a lot but i can't give half star ratings so rip
my wife told me i could just round the rating up to 2 stars but i can't compromise my integrity, it would be lying to the american people. practically lying straight to obama on a tribunal in front of the united nations of america. but i wanted to cover my bases so i wrote this paragraph instead. have a good evening y'all, stay free or whatever.
Good, but with bugs

Overall there are good bones in this app. However, there are problems. The train times are wildly inaccurate. Don’t attempt to use them. Also, the UI is a bit confusing, a lot of symbols are used and I have no idea what they mean. For example, there are wifi symbols on some trains… why? What does that mean? It also randomly crashes. This all points to a good concept and foundation but poor technical execution.
Primarily just a map

Made by hobbyists probably. Good app by that standard! Fine if all you want is a map (although developers please eliminate safe area at the bottom of the map, unnecessarily white block on main screen seen on iPhone X models.
But users, you should try a professionally developed full featured app like Citymapper, waaay more functionality (eg subway exits, best position in subway cars to take)
