Secure, Thorough and Reassuring
The building I live in just switched to this format and it is much stricter than the last entry system we had. The visitor, upon requesting access, has to have their photo taken and give an email. While it is extra steps for everyone, it does provide a record of non residents. Delivery persons are also required to use this which is great.

Mike (Staff) was so quick and the problem got solved within an hour!
I requested a work order through this Rise Living app today. Mike(staff) came up within an hour and the problem in my bathroom got fixed right away. I didn’t expect to be done this quick when I had requested. I want to thank Mike much!!

Worst app on my phone- UPDATED
The developers worked with me to resolve my issue and the app is working correctly now. Changed rating to 5 stars since the app works as advertised now.
