Excellent Customer Service!
My son just started using this app and he loves it! We ran in to a technical difficulty on 1/9, so I reached out to the this app team and asked for help. Good but 1 problem...
This app is very good but it stopped tracking for a couple seconds and I wasn’t aware, so my phone shut off and I lost all 310 reps that I did

What?
I was using this app to count my reps while playing wall ball, and it was working fine. After about 900 or so, I noticed that the dinging wasn’t happening anymore, so I looked on my phone. The screen had turned off, which is unusual, because it had not turned off at all while playing the whole 900 reps. I turn my phone back on and went back into the app, and none of my progress had been saved. I am kind of ticked off about this, and I want to know if this has happened to anyone else.
