No 3D Anything!
I downloaded this thinking it would be a great way for my son and I to discover together. It seems cool, if it worked. When we select a topic it gives us this small box of information then asks us to find a flat surface and move the phone slowly around. We did this the first time for 30 minutes and got nothing. We thought maybe it was due to not having enough lighting since it was night time. The next day we tried again during the day with the same results.

Wish there was a middle plan
LOVE the concept of this app for use with my two kids and learning how certain things work. Definitely not willing to pay $50/mo for something like this but to access more “jigs” and nothing else I’d definitely pay something. Bummed we’ve looked at everything within their knowledge level within two days.

The AR
Downloaded and tested it before showing to you the kids. And, while it is a very neat concept and rather informative, I have issues with some of the applications. While in the solar system one specifically, you find yourself turning your device every which way to read the information bubbles and still coming up why. I would prefer to be able to tap on them or something to enhance them. And have better control over my view. Otherwise I enjoy it.
