Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Qeek app issues:

Force Stop the Qeek App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Qeek app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Qeek to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qeek App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Qeek app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Qeek.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Qeek » "Force Stop".
