Not As Good As It Used To Be

When we first got this program at our company, I was incredibly impressed with how it fit all of our needs.

Now, it’s actually interfering with my job, because I spend way too much time trying to reload the app so it will work.

Also, I bought a hardened Galaxy Tablet for work to literally use exclusively for Limble, and I haven’t even been able to open the app on the new tablet. When I click on the app to open it, it’s just an indefinite white screen.

On my iPhone at work, Dashboards don’t load at all and the app crashes so much that I spend more time reloading the app 2-3 times than the time I actually spent working on the task that I’m trying to record.

I understand that our company is their largest client and that we do create a ton of work orders on a daily/weekly basis, but for the first year or so it worked just fine. These issues started happening 2-3 months ago and they’re still not fixed.

I can’t believe that with all of these ongoing issues, we are still being charged for this program. I’m ready to talk to management about seriously considering a new program that will fit our needs.

It’s one thing for it to not work on our work-provided phones, but I just spent my own money on a tablet that Limble won’t even work on, so this is now affecting me personally (and yes, they say it’s supposed to be compatible with this Galaxy Tablet).

I’m just over Limble.

We implemented this software April 2023 while considering other Limble competitors and this software has been really great tool for maintenance management. From creating workflows, add/edit custom work order/request templates, creating PMs and so many other things to offer for parts inventory as well it has been a wonderful experience so far. Worth every penny spent. Also the view-only licenses for the management to view and track the tasks, their status and metrics I as an internal Limble Implementation-Project lead feel this CMMS offers a variety of functional capabilities to stay on top of asset management. Not to forget, the Customer success manager (Ciro Cellular) has been an expert with the amount of knowledge and his professionalism during our discovery sessions in our formative days. Do ask for him. The support team’s responsive time on some tickets is a bit long. There are some requests which the support team will work on impact based priorities as we understand it. Overall, a great software and with the CSM we made it happen, you can too!
