GG Luxury Closet Started harassing me on ShopShops live video after I said she want to much for the bags then her and all the guests on the live started harassing me, I need said that I need holy water also saying that I need a hug and that my mom don’t love me. I’m trying to understand what my mom got to do with a live video on ShopShops. That’s the point that I’m trying to get across that they harassing me.

I purchased a bag and it had wear that the host did not point out . All the corners on the bag are very worn . I would never have purchased the bag if she had shown the flaws . Two problems. First, I purchased sunglasses from Pia. I was told that the Chanel glasses would come with a box. I received a tattered Chanel case, with is too small for the glasses, but I did not receive a box. Secondly, I was told that I would receive a $75 credit for a first purchase. This is my second purchase from ShopShops and I have not been credited $75 nor have I received a $75 off coupon. I would like a box for my Chanel glasses. And I would also like the $75 coupon, or credit. Please respond quickly. I’ve discussed this with Pia and she advised me to contact customer service. Thank you

Horrible customer service

I placed orders worth thousands of dollars and have been emailing these people for months first the customer service assured me they’d be sent to the correct adress months go by nothing I email them again they stop replying then I message their Instagram no reply again they don’t have a number or any other form of reporting if there’s an issue like that which is scary because if something goes wrong they leave you in a lurch and start pretending like you don’t exist so save yourself from this scam

The glitches on the videos And live videos are so annoying

I liked this app and I bought two things from it which I still haven’t received… hi fashion designer things that I would never allow myself to buy full price have a huge discount which is super convenient and up my alley. Since I haven’t received these products yet I cannot speak to the products condition but what I can tell you is although I love the products that they sell and they are reasonable prices… The live viewings of the shows have so much left to desire it’s so ridiculously slow and it jumbles and freezes and I’m sick of it-so much so that I don’t think I’m even going to bother using this app anymore as soon as I get my products that I already bought.

I found this app back in Nov. 2021 and haven’t stopped shopping since! They have amazing hosts who live stream and shop luxury goods for me, at a discount, all in the comfort of my own home. My first purchase is with host Jose Osorio. He continues to be a lively host who’s attention to detail is impeccable. All the items I’ve bought from him, including tons of vintage Chanel jewelry, have been in amazing condition. I always tune in to his epic long Lives. The app itself has issues to deal with, especially with shipping items, but they’ve working on fixing this issue.
