Can’t even pay my first interstate credit cards from this app or see up to date balance on my card. Literally does everything worse than the website. Had the app for months before I realized this. Just go on the website from your mobile browser because this app is a waste of memory. There are comments from the devs saying they’d pass the lack of credit card functionality to the “team” two years ago. Still haven’t fixed this. What a crock.

My business app doesn’t support online bill pay so I have to use a browser which is also problem ridden. The auto detect in the check deposit doesn’t seem to work very well either. Those are the basic things I use the app for so having these features and having them function properly would make it 5 stars.

I find it strange that you cannot even pay your credit card from the mobile app. It doesn’t even show individual credit card expenses— just the balance due. You have to use the full website to actually do anything with your credit card(s). The other banks I use have robust credit card functionality from within their mobile apps.
