BOM weather radar has not been working for some days? Why is it so bloody difficult to get information about this? Would it hurt to let people know so we can ascertain whether it is browswer issues or other? Pretty mediocre response. But just so typical of the times. "Screw you Jack... we're alright"!

AUS Radar iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix AUS Radar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AUS Radar app on iPhone
Update AUS Radar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AUS Radar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AUS Radar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AUS Radar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AUS Radar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AUS Radar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AUS Radar App
1. On android, goto Settings » AUS Radar » click [Force Stop]

Update AUS Radar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AUS Radar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AUS Radar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AUS Radar.

Fix AUS Radar unable to contact server/ AUS Radar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AUS Radar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AUS Radar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AUS Radar
