I am unable to use my log in. App will not accept any input. Please contact me about this Also my pulse rate is frequently displayed at high levels, but when the measurement is finished the final figure is much lower. How can this be explained. I am getting frustrated at your lack of response. I signed up for a years use of Fibrocheck but will take measures to recover my fee if I continue to be unable to use the app.

How to fix FibriCheck app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FibriCheck app on iPhone
Update FibriCheck app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FibriCheck iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FibriCheck on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FibriCheck network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FibriCheck Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FibriCheck not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FibriCheck App
1. On android, goto Settings » FibriCheck » click [Force Stop]

Update FibriCheck to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FibriCheck App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FibriCheck » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FibriCheck.

Fix FibriCheck unable to contact server/ FibriCheck internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FibriCheck » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FibriCheck » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FibriCheck
