I see many(if not some) flaws. This app has keyboard open and close issues on some user editable fields which prevents user from saving the edited data. This app has poor refresh features. User cannot refresh the home screen to see the status updates. Once user is registered on the app, he himself nor the support team can delete your account without your community opting for GDPR feature which has to be purchased. You cannot hide your name and phone number to stay private on the app. You cannot mark the due maintenance amount as ‘Paid’ without entering the bank details. I would not trust this app.

This app was good several years back and did its job well. Now since the last few years it has evolved into a complete spam notification generator. All sorts of completely useless notifications are sent for services which are of no use. Unfortunately you cannot disable notifications because the main purpose of this app is to notify when someone is at the gate. It is completely unprofessional of the app developer and I would prefer if my apartment moves away from this system.

Hi, I am trying to setup the app with USA +1… phone number. It says it sent a text message, but did not receive any. Also, the MyGate website does not allow to submit a complaint with US ph no, it says format is wrong. And the 1800 no disconnects the call from the US. It is frustrating to even setup and my community says, I have to use this app. The app cannot be set up from US ph nos as it cannot send a simple OTP text message to US ph no. Would you care to resolve this issue. This is my only way to communicate with them.
