I had someone make an order for my Wix Store and the order did not connect to my store, change inventory, or even note there was a sale? I only see it in my PayPal account. Why isn't the Spaces app connecting orders to my Wix store.

How to fix Spaces app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spaces app on iPhone
Update Spaces app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spaces iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spaces on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spaces network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spaces Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spaces not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spaces App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spaces » click [Force Stop]

Update Spaces to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spaces App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spaces » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spaces.

Fix Spaces unable to contact server/ Spaces internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spaces » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spaces » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spaces
