I had someone make an order for my Wix Store and the order did not connect to my store, change inventory, or even note there was a sale? I only see it in my PayPal account. Why isn't the Spaces app connecting orders to my Wix store.

How to fix Spaces app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spaces app on iPhone
Update Spaces app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spaces iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spaces on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spaces network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Spaces app issues:

Force Stop the Spaces App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Spaces app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Spaces to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spaces App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Spaces app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Spaces.

Fix Spaces unable to contact server/ Spaces internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Spaces » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Spaces » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spaces on android.
