At one point and time I couldn’t lose and had a bankroll in the trillions. I got invited to a master team and being the snobs as some of them are let me play most of the week and cut me before season ending payout, never seen cut throat rude like some of these people are. This game never has that...it will scatter and then an expanding wild will take the scatter and you get nothing. You can have free spins and win 0 multiple times. Ok so I love this game, well did love this game. It’s definitely one of the best casino games I’ve played. there’s one major set back that I’ve notice. The algorithms for this game are not fair for everyone. When you’re in a lobby with 4 other people and everyone is hitting jackpots and huuuge wins, except me, it gets annoying really fast. I’m sitting there betting the same as my teammates, 100k but for some reason I go through almost 1 Billion chips before hitting “free spins” or any type of “big win”. I’ve read other comments and no this system is not fair, I wouldn’t have had to spend $80 in two days just to keep play in these “challenges” to help my team. That’s not fair. We sit here day in and day out vesting our time and hard earned money into your company, your games. Without us playing these your company wouldn’t have a 900+ million dollar revenue. So where is our compensation for putting so much time and effort in to your company. It’s just a game... well a $30 Xbox game will occupy me just as long. Buy one package and watch the advertisements get larger and larger. Buy a $19 pack, the next advertisement will be for a $29 pack, buy it and watch it go to $39 & $49 & $59 etc. that’s BS and shows that it’s rigged.

BillionaireCasinoSlots777 and the company the runs it out of a foreign country I believe, will double charge or even add extra charges to your account over the course of a month. When you dispute the charges they try and say it is a legit charge and you don’t remember making the charge or they say that it’s a delayed charge that is just showing up. They will not give you your money back. You have to get your credit card company involved in order to get them to prove the purchase etc. So be warned, this is a very Shady Practice. I also wanted to note that this game keeps tightening up its games so you have smaller wins or no wins. Therefore you have to purchase more. It’s a common complaint with players with in the game. I highly suggest you pass!

I really loved BillionaireCasinoSlots777 at first but I recently collected the 4th blue puzzle piece and won the 500 million promised. However when I started to use it to play the top level Huge Diamonds slot they stopped paying out my winnings. I bet the 5 million minimum per spin and hit for 25 million, then 50 million and then another 25 million and never received any of the winnings. Again I contacted customer service hoping it is just a technical glitch but we will see. If this is the case I would expect that my claims will be reviewed and paid back to my account. I will update my review once the technical support team responds to my complaint. Fingers crossed they do the right thing and pay all of my winnings that were never property placed in my account.

I was all in when I first heard of your app and tried it. Wow. It was fun to play different tournaments and even join clubs. When the “initial free chips” ran out it’s time to buy. This is a wonderful game that satisfies that need to gamble without spending all the money in the world. I’ve been playing for a while now and these new updates and events are so much fun but there is one feature I think they need to bring back. That feature is gifting friends chips. From what I remember is you could gift people certain items that would deliver some amount of chips depending on the cost of the gift (I’m calling these “Chip Gifts”). These Chip Gifts were bought with diamonds which made it so that the player giving the chips didn’t actually lose any of their chips. It’s really frustrating having to wait 15 minutes for the Billy Bonus to give you more chips, and frankly, that little boost doesn’t help all that much. If you creators of this game are worried about players using these Chip Gifts to get around waiting, winning, or purchasing more chips with real money, I would suggest that there is a limit on how many Chip Gifts a player may buy per day.

You don’t win real money people. At a casino you win real money. These goons have rigged these games so much they act like they are ON something. Any good ethical business that care about their customers (that spend money) will make certain they try to keep the customer happy and in return the customers will stay. Only when you play fare and honest will the outcome work for both parties. Huuuge loses big time, they are the biggest crooks I have ever come across.
I have recorded myself playing,’I have a 21 page review coming and I will show you what I’m talking about. I have spent a lot with them, as of now, I refuse to spend no more that $2.00 every now and again. I used to spend $60-80 in a day. There is no return EVER , they will spit you out chump for change. DON’T spend anything over 4 bucks with these clowns. I will give my full review in detail and step by step soon.

My 2 main issue at this point is 1. Because diamonds are literally useless take them off of the lottery. Nothing makes me more frustrated than receiving useless diamonds for the tickets I worked so hard to receive and even further for tickets that I’m spent my hard earned money on. Get rid of the diamonds or bring them back as a way to support your teammates and team as a whole by allowing a player to share them within their team.
My second issue is that every time after you shut down to update the site when the site comes back up it is nearly impossible to win anything or remain even. Everything loses!!! My team members will only play the very minimum in the events because they know they will lose and they will not purchase any more coins until things improve. I see both of these issues as detrimental to your ultimate success. In both situations, do to player frustrations, you are losing $$$ and players are moving to another online site to play.

I’ve played this game for a few years now. It used to be my favorite, but in the last year it has gone downhill. I haven’t won any sustainable money. I realize they want to make money. so they can’t constantly give money, but when you never win it’s hard to put your hard earned money in it. I enjoy being in a club and the fellowship with other teammates. The games can be fun, but do not pay where you can get ahead. Some of the games you will spend ten times more than the payoffs. It forces you to buy coins or tickets if you want to play. I had an incident where a pop up window had given me 210 additional tickets after I had made a purchase. After cashing in the tickets I had purchased, I was beginning to cash in the additional free tickets. I cashed in 4 which left me with 206 still in my bank. I lost connection and when it came back, there were no tickets remaining. I made a complaint and basically was blown off by being told there was no loss or game issues. It was if they called me a liar which really upset me. I no longer purchase coins if I can avoid it. My loyalty to this game is non existent. If it weren’t for the friends that I made in the club, I wouldn’t be playing. The game doesn’t pay as well as other games and I have found that I enjoy them much better. Better winnings, better cash back incentives, better daily coin rewards. I may have lost 206 gold tickets, but Huuuge lost a lot more revenue than that from their poor customer service and insinuating that I lied. I am a retired law enforcement officer and have spent my life defending the truth.

When I started you actually had a chance to hit jackpots or special characters that paid off well. EVERY update another game is ruined. Algorithms my a...! For the many months I have played there were games that were "go to games" where you would hit something. They are all dead now. It isn't even fun. This game is infuriating, unfortunately it’s the best slots game I know of. They did a really good job on this game but between the pop ups and constant banners obscuring and interrupting you not once but 5-6-7 times even if you just go to switch slots sometimes, not all the time but enough to be beyond obnoxious. I’ve bought chips quite a few times because I enjoy the slots quality so much but the way they shut the gates when they decide that you are going to be broke is ridiculous. I’ve gone from a billion chips to zero a couple times, went a million or less at a time playing club spotlights, and with at least a thousand spins, never once won more than my bet amount all the way to zero. If you are betting more than they think you should for your bank amount, you have pretty much zero chance of winning but it doesn’t matter. Last time I purchased a couple million chips I bet very conservatively and just had 4-500 spins never winning even as much as I had bet until it was a bust. That isn’t fun at all, I know it’s fake money and that is how they make real money but if you almost never win and there is a very present feeling of not being able to even hit a little a great deal of the time, it’s just boring.

This game used to be fun. Now, they just rip you off. I promise you, go on and ask the people on teams, they will all tell you this company is ripping everyone off now. I've been playing this game on and off for two years. At first, it was SO much fun. the clubs, the odds...win some lose some. Our club members would win diamonds and chips with events, but now it's just peanuts and the events are harder to complete. The only real win on completing events is LP for the club, which is exactly the same for every other club in the same level, so no real gains there. I've gone to bed with 9 billion with my phone shut odd. and woken up with a few hundred thousand. The response from customer support was that their logs showed the chips were lost in game play...while my phone was shut off??? Then I get an email that said issue was resolved, so I wrote back and they ignored me. Another time I won a huge jp that didn't pay. I sent a screen shot of the win, and crickets from support. I gave up after a couple of weeks with no resolution. Btw, they hired some fancy marketing guy in August...right around the time they really tightened the slots and ruined 007 and Peter Pan.

I recently contacted customer for an individual analysis of how they determine the progression level and shop level for their customers to get a better understanding of the factors used in making this determination and what I was doing wrong. I greatly appreciated the rep taking the time to give me useful and helpful info. What I learned is patience is a virtue and changing my mindset when playing. I was in such a hurry to advance in levels that it was financially draining cuz I thought the higher the bet meant I would I would advance quicker to the next level thus increase my progression and shop level quicker. I basically lost my desire to play cuz of my lack of understanding. The whole point is I appreciated the time that the rep took in giving me a clearer understanding that probability, patience, and varying my bets. The whole point is to have fun and slow down on always playing the maximum bet. You can win on lower bets too. Basically the shop level and progression level will eventually go up with playing on regular basis as some of the various factors include the number of spins, any wins big or small, and current level is just one aspect

I have played this for over one year and currently have four accounts that I manage. They have continuously reduced incentives/benefits during that time and it is impossible to maintain a reasonable chip balance without spending at least $200 a week, more like $400! Current lottery system does not provide any type of decent return on your money but the biggest change that hurts the game pervasively is they discontinued counting “table games“ like blackjack video poker as eligible for league points. They did this because the slots have very very low odds relative to the “table games” so if you want to be a good club member and contribute league points you must play slots which then force you to spend more money. I have seen a number of total players drop drastically over the last year and I suspect it will continue to do so because of the unreasonable changes. They say they want to mirror a Vegas experience but are so far from doing so! Lastly, they only respond to written questions if you have a very high chip balance (as one of my accounts) and even then their answers are vague and show they don’t read questions closely. Their answer is typically talk down to the player. As is often said and divorce, “I am done”!

I’ve been playing both Billionaire and Huuuge for about 2 years now. When I first started playing this game was so much fun! Diamonds were used to help people or ourselves if out of chips; the lottery was much different as well, we won a lot more often than we do now. I used to win the gold puzzle a lot which gave me chips to play. But since the change, I’ve only ever gotten 4 bronze pieces which pays a whopping 70m. I’m on disability so I cannot afford to buy chips so I feel I’m not worthy of getting to “hit” big jackpots like my other club members get to because they spend actual money to purchase chips. And if I do get to win a jackpot, they make sure that no matter what game I play, it doesn’t win. So I basically come in, play off of the winnings of others, lose and get out. I don’t stop playing because it is the best casino game on-line that I know of. So in the two years I’ve been playing, this game went from the most fun to eh.
