Photo Vault | Hidden Album PV Reviews

PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is excellent for storing large quantities of photos randomly, but if you want to later sort these photos into different albums, it is objectively impossible to do. This is due to the horribly buggy nature of the toolbar and even the storage itself. First off, the only way to move the photos is to tap the "select" icon in the upper right corner of PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV , which will replace the import button with a toolbar. This sounds fine, but for certain albums, this will often times not actually replace the import button, meaning that you will not only be unable to move photos from album to album, you will also be unable to delete them. This means that if this happens to an album, you will be stuck with a "void album", which you can put photos into, but not move them out of or even delete. A photo app in which you cannot delete photos is not very well made. Another problem with PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is that often times when going into select mode, even if the toolbar works, many of the photos in the album will become invisible and be unable to be selected or even viewed. This is very annoying to deal with when you are trying to sort many photos into different albums, and often requires a restart that really shouldn't be necessary. In all, every tool that has been implemented into PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV to sort photos has many bugs that often render them unusable. The password is also a 4-digit max password, which is less secure than I'd like it to be.

Ive had and used PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV for several years. It was always a decently reliable app that did what it was meant to do. The recent updates have ruined PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV however. PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV , which is supposed to be a "stealth" app is no longer stealthy. It used to be called calculator on your home screen, now its called photo vault. That defeats the whole purpose of the calculator function. PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV now shows 5 second ads that aren't programmed correctly, as half the time you are unable to exit out of them without restarting PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV .
Photos can't be rotated in PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV and everything is stuck in portrait mode. And lastly, the developer want $10 a month for the ad-free version! Many subscription services cost less than that! I might have considered a $10 one-time payment, or a $3 monthly, but there is no way PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is worth $10 a month. I'll be uninstalling this one and looking for a decent app to take its place.

The first time I imported some pictures it worked great so I bought PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV . After I paid for PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV though, it no longer worked to import my pictures. It will say it did and it will delete my originals from my phone's library, no problem, but when I go to see them in the location within PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV that I imported them to, no such luck cause they're not there or anywhere else. Please fix this issue because I read a review from March (that I can only assume is of last year, since this is Feb) from someone having the exact same issue. That was at least a year ago. Come on, if you haven't fixed it within a year's time, stop wasting people's money and take your app down, please. If it's not fixed, I too, like this other reviewer, want a refund.

I have used PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV for over a year and it worked great. No complaints until today. I have years of personal photos and videos hidden in PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV and I can not access them because PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV keeps crashing. My fear is that PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV will never work again and I will lose all of my content. If there is a way to retrieve my content from PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV please help and let me know.

I have PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV for a while, it’s not working, I can’t make it work at least so I can recover the photos that are hidden in PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV , have sent emails to developer but no response at all, so I don’t know what to do, I don’t want to lose those pictures but at the same time, I can’t make PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV work at all and no response from developer, so my advice? Stay away from PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV

This was a great app. You could have a couple folders and a bunch of pics and videos in there. And if you wanted more, you could upgrade. I have had PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV for a while. Now, suddenly it won’t open for me. It just force closes before I can even put a password in. If by the off chance it stays open that long, it will force close before I get into a folder. Currently unusable and I can’t get my stuff out of it to move it somewhere else. I will put up the stars when I can use PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV again.

It’s so easy to take images or videos and put them into PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV ! I could also see how this would be really hard to get into. If you just put it at the back of a big folder, or hide it in some way, and you don’t expect anyone to go looking really hard through your phone, this seems almost foolproof! And on top of that, it also just looks like your regular old calculator.

I have been using PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV for a couple years. It has been great. Recently PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV will not open at all. I did as the developer asked, which was to reach out before I wrote a bad review. I reached out via email as asked, followed up via email, waiting a week between to be respectful. Now another week with no response and they getting the bad review. When I open PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV the screen goes white, like it’s going open, then back to the home screen. My issue is retrieving the pictures in PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV , as I cannot get at them any more. DO NOT USE PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR PICTURES!

For once, I'm just tickled to death by an app. I usually find some fault. However, this is not the case here. 😀😃😀😃

Everything thing works smoothly and intuitively. It's dead simple, yet has all you need to get stuff private. I particularly like the ability to add a further layer of protection by creating individual passwords for each album, all within the safety of the global password protected main entry via the fully functional and very useful calculator!! 😜😜😜

Even the icon is pleasing and strangely does not look obtrusive if placed intelligently with one's other photo apps. 😳😳😳

This is a good solid app, highly recommended if you wish to stash a few pics well away from prying eyes!!! Bermuda.⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱⛱

The thing worked great for about 3 minutes. I imported two albums successfully, and upon importing the third, it only carried four pictures over, yet it deleted all of the others that I had selected. I’ve tried it repeatedly, and it won’t import anymore photos, but it deletes them just fine. I’ve forced closed PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV , I’ve force closed the photos app, and I’ve forced closed them both. I’ve rebooted the phone. Nothing works. I just paid $5 for the “upgrade,” and it’s broken. Either refund my money, or fix PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV. If I don’t hear something in 24hrs, I’ll be writing Apple.

PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV worked okay a couple years ago, and then it crashed for six months straight and I thought I had lost everything. Then it started working again but with a couple problems that baffles me.

1. I can’t see any of the pictures I hide here until I click on them. It has me punching blindly at photo frames until finding the one I’m looking for.

2. The name under PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV icon is now “Photo Vault” and the icon has a lock in the corner. Then why is it disguised as a calculator?!?! Nobody is going to be fooled by a “calculator” that gives a hint in the picture and then boldly tells the secret purpose in the name. It’s moronic.

I did give it two stars because they fixed the crashing problem long after I accepted my photos were lost, and I did recover them.

PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is simple and exactly what I wanted it to be, but the only problem is I can’t add any photos. There is a “+” sign that you press to add photos, but every time I press it nothing happens. I have to press it 20+ times in certain cases for it to finally recognize and allow me to add photos. Other times I can’t get it to open. It’s pretty frustrating and not worth the time or effort when there are other apps like this out there that do not have this problem.

App is Amazing!!! It was down for a few months in 2020 but emailed the developer and said they were in the midst of updating app and the Covid pandemic had slowed them down. They kept in touch with me the whole time and did exactly what they said! So glad PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is back up and running!! I highly recommend it!!

Before PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV started crashing, it was working pretty good! But now that it’s started being unusable, I’ve lost my patience. And if I delete it, I’m sure I’ll lose all the photos I’ve put in there. And I don’t want to lose all of them. Besides that, the only problem is the glitchy add photos button.

I see that PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV worked for some people but for me it didn’t. I started adding a lot of photos that I wanted there and when I was finished it told me I had to delete the photo from my camera roll, so I obviously didn’t agree with that so I tried putting a few pictures in there that I was going to delete anyways, I did everything it said and it didn’t work. I wouldn’t buy PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV I don’t know why they want to trash your pictures but this was just a small scam and a waste of my time, goodbye.

I Sure do like my booty pics and many other pictures worth hiding and PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is great my parents look through my phone and all they think is oh a calculator when really I could lose my phone and possibly my penis if the images and videos amongst PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV where found.

It worked great for the last few years. Now when I open PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV it crashes within a second or two and kicks back out. I hope there is a fix for this.

PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV idea is great but there’s other versions. I saved quite a few private pictures on PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV and now it’s got a bunch of bugs that won’t let me open PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV . It was always tough to transfer pics but now it crashed as soon as you try and open it. Don’t download

Do many photos lost because I can’t open PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV. Can’t be trusted you’ll lose your stuff because anything you move to it will be deleted from any other apps or albums

PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV does what it’s supposed to but you need to change the name from photo vault to calculator. Because anyone that searches through my phone and just reads what PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is, they’ll know it’s not a calculator app. If you just change the name, no one will be the wiser. Do this and I’ll change my rating from 2 stars to 4. But as of now, this is a huge design flaw.

PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV could be better. it’s kinda hard to import videos (although I may be dumb) but it has in the setting an auto change option which when the phone is placed facedown, PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV automatically takes you into safari, or yt (other apps in the settings) and I think this feature is genius. Although I did struggle adding, plus there is a limit. It is easy to view and hard to break into. Honestly aside from the problems with importing videos is a perfect app for what it’s made for

My guess is that PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV has a max file size or max duration for videos, but it doesn’t state that anywhere. Only short videos can be imported into PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV . App tells me successful import of larger videos, but then the video that supposedly imported is not there. I paid for the Pro version, then attempted to contact seller with my issue, but no response. If you only want pics or very short videos, maybe this is for you, otherwise it’s a good idea with poor execution.

i never review anything literally and i love PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV so much that i’m reviewing it 😁 i rlly suggest PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV to hide like any videos/photos or if ur storage is taken up and u need to delete a lot of stuff but a lot of it is important than just put it in this calculator app !

I love how secure this is even if someone is suspicious of the calculator having a + in the name they aren’t going to know how to get into the secure part. My only suggestion would be to add a way to sort the pictures in a folder manually so it can be organized a little bit.

So far so good only issues I’m having is with uploading photos. When you touch the button or area to upload it doesn’t work you have to keep touching it over and over and sometimes you have to close PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV then try it again.

It’s okay. I like PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV . But the add picture button fails to operate allot. Thought maybe was my phone, but after using my other app and keyboard to type this and seeing the system doesn’t respond most the time when adding pictures

So broke my screen and it glitched out saying my iPhone was disable causing me to have to delete everything to use my phone including PhotoVaultHiddenAlbumPV is there a way I can get the photos back
