also how is it “continuously working to improve” when your app did not have an ipdaye for going on 9 months??? lame force changing passwords anf touch/faceid doesnt work, if forget pssword 3 times have to call them
no way to reset (or they expect you to have a montjly statement from them infront of you to reset) rly rly bad interface, rly bad at scanning deposit checks too... i will never complain about bank of america app again, and likely move the rest of accounts there ... they took someones badly written template for a bank app and now have no one to update or fix it and they dont care (its same problems as they were 2 years ago) enough
