It’s a very pathetic service and waste of money. I had a appointment, the doctor never responded and I called on their helpline more than 7 times about it that where is the doctor, every time they said doctor is busy wait for 10 minutes. They provided the doctor contact number, I called the doctor and text he never responded too. I asked for refund but they never get me the money back. Seems like a scam. Beware 🤬🤬🤬🤬⚠️
Overall I waited for more than hour.
I was contacted like an hour after I paid the required fee, they changed my doctor almost for waiting him like 30mins, the doctor they provided was not on the this app platform, I couldn’t see her profile , and the thing which was like scam I was contacted on audio… the prescription written was just a forward text. I felt being robbed by using MARHAM, I could use the other platform OLADOC.
I booked an appointment and then I paid for it with my jazz cash, I kept waiting for my consultation and help line was not connecting then next day my appointment was cancelled for whatever for god sake reasons and then I started calling for a refund. You can not trust these guys. Do your self a favour search a doctor in google and reach out to her/him. I think how they are receiving payments also violates the Apple terms, I will report that too.
Pathetic service. They don’t honor their customers, plus app always have issues. I booked an online consultation but the doctor insisted that we visited him at his clinic without prescribing anything, I took the matter to this app customer service that I did’t get the service I paid for, but they were of no help.
MARHAM is Pakistani mentality in a nutshell. Whenever you want to find a good doctor, you don't have to worry because every doctor has full ratings. Not a single doctor has any negative review showing on their profile. Pathetic app.
Fake ratings and fake profiles. You can book an appointment but the doctor doesn’t join and they do not issue a refund. Keep telling you to wait.
These psychologists will be much better off representing themselves because this app’s management is a total joke. Take your business elsewhere like the many psychologists in Islamabad.
MARHAM is not opening after I re-installed it.
However my confirmed and paid appointments were canceled without any notice. Not sure how this works.

this app is a connection between Patients and Doctors to ensure better healthcare for people of Pakistan. There are doctors and specialists from all areas of medicine in MARHAM that are available for appointments/referrals.
My favorite part is that this app is free for patients!!!
