Pathetic waste of time & money

It’s a very pathetic service and waste of money. I had a appointment, the doctor never responded and I called on their helpline more than 7 times about it that where is the doctor, every time they said doctor is busy wait for 10 minutes. They provided the doctor contact number, I called the doctor and text he never responded too. I asked for refund but they never get me the money back. Seems like a scam. Beware 🤬🤬🤬🤬⚠️
Overall I waited for more than hour.

I was contacted like an hour after I paid the required fee, they changed my doctor almost for waiting him like 30mins, the doctor they provided was not on the Marham platform, I couldn’t see her profile , and the thing which was like scam I was contacted on audio… the prescription written was just a forward text. I felt being robbed by using this app, I could use the other platform OLADOC.

I booked an appointment and then I paid for it with my jazz cash, I kept waiting for my consultation and help line was not connecting then next day my appointment was cancelled for whatever for god sake reasons and then I started calling for a refund. You can not trust these guys. Do your self a favour search a doctor in google and reach out to her/him. I think how they are receiving payments also violates the Apple terms, I will report that too.
