Crashes immediately upon launch. I have an iPhone Xs on the latest iOS, and my application is up to date. This would be frustrating if I didn’t need Auth0Guardian to access work-critical accounts, but instead it’s debilitating. If you have the option to use a well established MFA system (i.e. Authy, Google Auth, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.), DO SO. Will do my best to avoid Auth0Guardian in the future, as unstable MFA is unacceptable.

Auth0Guardian itself is okay, my issue with Auth0Guardian is there’s no way for a user to migrate the Authenticator app to a new device.
The Google Authenticator app can export your data to a new device via QR Codes, making migration a breeze.

I got a new phone and now the push button authorization no longer works. App just turns off.

Mandatory download but it doesn’t work—won’t scan any QR code’s and the website is no help, nor is the link once you register

I’m on iOS 11.2 on iPhone X and Auth0Guardian doesn’t launch. Was working flawlessly on my previous phone. Please update and fix!

When it works it’s amazing. Quick push-> get notification-> approve/deny right away.
But when doesn’t work:
Push no longer happens and it’s a manual process. Simple fix, reset set your Auth.
But for the past two days, the client won’t even open. Which essentially locks me out of my system without the recovery code.
Need the patch for this soon.

Just used it on my IPhone XR and it worked just fine.
I was concerned bc of all the down votes, but it worked flawlessly for me, so here’s an upvote.
All the best

Auth0Guardian works alright.
The notifications do not make sound or vibration, so you really have to pay attention as to whether or not the notification came through.
Otherwise, you have to request again or enter the code manually.
