Cant get News Briefs to open on my Samsung phone, it stopped opening yesterday. Have re installed. Just says oops something went wrong reload...

To resolve NewsBriefs network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the NewsBriefs App
1. On android, goto Settings » NewsBriefs » click [Force Stop]

Clear NewsBriefs App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NewsBriefs » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NewsBriefs.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NewsBriefs » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NewsBriefs » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch NewsBriefs
