I’ve been unable to access my account since shortly after downloading. I get a “internal server error” everyone i try to log in. There is no one to contact and no way to get help w this. I even deleted and reloaded ShawnAccess …nothing.
It won’t let me sign up. I’ll fill out the email and password, but it says “you need to reset your password! We’ve emailed you!” But I have not received and email :(
I have tried over and over for the last month to open the shawnshop and every time it just shows a black screen. I am using ShawnAccess on a iPhone 7 Plus. Does anyone else have this issue? I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

i click on the shop button to try and look at merch and nothing shows up. someone please fix this bc his merch is literally amazing. otherwise,such a great app!
It tells me to go to Shawn store but when I click on it it won't let me go on the store but other than that it's great
It is an amazing app really I LOVE but just trying to find the prize for a ticket gets me stressed out because I can’t find it I have to go to many websites and go through various test that I am not a bot
I love Shawn with my whole heart. But I can’t get ShawnAccess because it keeps saying that I need to reset the password and that they sent an email but I didn’t get an email. Anyways I hope you guys fix this problem. I’m giving it five stars because it’s Shawn and I love Shawn so much.😂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

You should make it where the people who have ShawnAccess can gain followers and post pictures and everything on their profile. Also, make it where their are VIP members! Some of us doesn't have the money to pay to become a vip, so ShawnAccess should allow people with over 60k to automatically become a VIP!! I would love ShawnAccess soooo much!!!
What do y’all mean by tour passport I mean I’m so confused as to what that means
ShawnAccess lets us know everything about tour dates, any merchandise coming out; It also let's know what events we can participate in! Keep it up Shawn you got this! :)
I love ShawnAccess because it is about my future husband and it keeps me updated on what is going on in his world and so I can relate that to my own world!!!
ShawnAccess is amazing. You can see everything he is up to and new singles/albums and when they’re coming out. Super good. If you love Shawn Mendes I totally recommend this.
the shawn shop doesn’t work,, it shows up blank for me. and i understand that you guys are SUPER busy, but maybe posting a bit more. like insider stuff that you have to have ShawnAccess to see;) Xx
SOMo ShawnAccess is amazing something that could be better is for daily challenges that would be so cool. Another feature and i don’t know if I’m the only one but the shop doesn’t work. But besides that it’s a amazing app.💖💖
I love ShawnAccess but it would be better if we were able to post our own stuff and have our own little fanpages in ShawnAccess 😂And being able to text and have group chats in ShawnAccess would be cool so all of shawns biggest fans can meet eachother!
I love Shawn Mendes and I’m sooooo happy that he has ShawnAccess but I wish I could talk to Shawn and all the other app users also. There should be a new feature where you can personally email/send fan mail Shawn Mendes but it go to him not to a computer robots thing so the fans can really connect to Shawn
